Great--we have some fab people to help us on our way to victory and some wonderful goals--I am going to post out goals below!
Nina----Will lose 32 lbs by May 6th
Leygh--Will lose 24 lbs by May 6th
Dolly---Will lose 25 lbs by May 6th
Little---Will lose 20 lbs by May 6th
Sno----Will lose 36 lbs by May 6th

I am gearing up an working on my eating and exercise plan goals for the New Year--it looks like a lot of you have lost a bunch of weight already--maybe everyone could share your weight loss tips?
Mine would be to drink lotsa water--at least 100oz a day and to brush my teeth after dinner so that I dont snack in the evening.
