scale says 239.5 today yay :O can't believe I seen the 3 there finally, it will probably yoyo back up a few times still will have to see, but hopefully I can be moving into the next thread now or soon

thanks misti keep up the good work hope to see you all in the next thread soon ill be sticking around in this one a bit still seems too good to be true still.

LOL I would be out of here the minute I hit the 230s! I always count the low number and stick with it as long as I am staying on track. But I am glad you will be hanging around here a bit longer

I am sure not making any progress recently to get out of here but I know I will make it because I am eating right and exercising.

Hi everyone. Well, I finally got a 245 so I am halfway through this thread!! Yay!!! Hopefully it won't be long until I again see those of you who are getting ready to graduate to the next thread down.
