Hello everyone,
Well this is my first post. I had my 6 month visit with the Cardiologist and got the weight loss talk. So here I go....need to loose 25 pounds. I know that does not sound like a huge amount but I am 4'11" and carry the extra weight around the middle. I am an emotional and nighttime nibbler too. Hoping that by joining in with everyone here it will help keep me on track...I have been reading & found so many encouraging posts.
I find 3fc a very supportive place. I hope you will, too. It's nice to have you join us.
