161! The scale has literally not budged up or down all month. I guess I can't complain about that. AF just showed up this morning so I'm hoping for some downward movement. I'm feeling a bit puffy. Jeans are looser, etc... Maybe I'll kick the 160's this week! Finally!
So I'm jumping in here, fluctuating between 178 and 179 with being away from 180 for a few days. I seem to get down to 176 and throw myself off the wagon, so hopefully I can get my act together and stick with it!
I was 161 the day of surgery. 10 days later I'm 167 this morning. Since surgery I've gone as low as 163 (the 2lbs would account for my new additions). I have 3 more weeks until I can work out. So far I can only walk and do recumbent bike. So is this just bloat, or have I really gained this much because I've been laying around? *sigh* July 20th please come so I can run again..
Well I broke my personal wall I could never seem to get past (176). Woke up 175 today hoping it stays that way. I usually don't count a pound as gone until it's been at least a day or 2 since I fluctuate so badly but I was so excited to hit 175 I changed my ticker I feel really good this morning and have plans to work out hard at the gym and feel as if I can easily stay on-track with eating today so heres to hoping for 175 tomorrow.
I'm still here chugging along at 176 for the past month. I'm running every other day, doing 30 ds and doing cardio daily. The darn scale will not budge....its frustrating I'm eating healthy and drinking lots of water. I have loss lots of inches if that counts for anything
No weight until tomorrow since that's the day for Pin Up Challenge.
Did have a NSV, though. Size 12 jeans are no longer staying up and my belt is now on the very last notch. However, my mother pointed out that my thighs are not shrinking, but my waist is tiny.
Gotta love Mom.

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this thread although I have been reading your posts for a few weeks, I usually post over in the weekly chat for 20-somethings, but I have been reading your posts in this thread because I am currently trying to kick the 160s. I got on the scale today at 161 and I am just needing your stories and inspiration to keep gong to get outta this dang range! You all work so hard and are so great with advice and everything that it helps me to read your posts. I am an Insanity workout buff right now, it's what has helped me go from 168 to 161 in 28 days. I am starting the second month after a week of recovery...is anyone else in this thread doing Insanity? I hope that you all keep up the hard work and great encouragement, you have helped me to get through some tough days! Thank you so much
Thanks Petitefleur, I'm actually up a pound. I have got to get myself in gear, here My 12's are tight and my 14's aren't that comfortable. I have a few jeans that I feel ok in and my tops are all a little snug.
Munstermommy congrats on your weight loss so far, and way to go doing Insanity. My hat is off to you
