I hope your weekend didn't cause a gain, fashinjunkie!

stargzr, you're really tearing through the 160s!

I made broccoli soup with chicken and lots of extra fresh broccoli for my lunch and dinner this week, and I made a scrambled eggs/bacon/red pepper/onion mix for my breakfasts. When I made the eggs I was thinking I might try going low carb for a while, until I checked the ingredients on my soup and realized that the main ingredient is corn starch. Ha!

Well, I'll have a low carb diet for my breakfasts, anyway.

OK, it seems 159 wasn't accurate. 160.8 this morning. Bleck. but oh well, stayed op and within my cals today even with all the yummy junk food around. even managed to get in a long, leisurely walk, although i don't necessarily count it as exercise.

my fingers are crossed for everyone weighing in tomorrow! hope there are lots of whooshes!! keep up the good work ladies!

I hope tomorrow's weigh-in brings you back into the 150s, shasha!

Could one of you help me out? I see a lot of people using the acronym NSV, and I have no idea what it means.

Thanks for all the support everyone!

kirjava, that broccoli soup with chicken sounds really good! And a .4 loss is great especially with TOM there I'm sure you will have a woosh next week!

wow, stargzr congrats on making your VDay goal a week early! I'm so jealous You are breezing through here you'll be gone in no time!

Sasha, you are so so close, don't let it get you down you will be out of here by next week's WI for sure if not in the next couple of days! You're doing great!

Lilly, yay 1 lb down that's awesome!! My official WI this morning is 163.3 which is .9 down from last week. Not was I was hoping for, but better than I thought considering my weekend. It's funny because the day after last week's official WI I was 163.1 and I spent all week hoping I would stay that low! Lol oh well.

So, even though I was not anywhere near OP this weekend, I didn't eat too much food just really bad food. So I am hoping that just maybe I am retaining water from the ridiculous amounts of sodium I am sure I consumed and maybe I will get a woosh tomorrow or Wednesday? Well I can dream right? Lol.

shasha - I would be surprised if you weren't outta here soon! You're SOOO close!

I ate way too many chips yesterday, but other than that did pretty well. I stayed far from the pizza, soda, and alcohol. I snacked on my grapes and contemplated popcorn, but found I was satisfied with my fruit. Oh how I love fruit.

stargzr - you are blasting through the 160s. I don't think I am going to be able to keep up with you. Haha.

I didn't do too bad this weekend. I really wanted chocolate cake because we have 2 left over from the bf's birthday, but I did not eat any of it. I instead drank and extra cup of water. I did have Mexican food on Friday. I was sooo miserable afterwards. I can't believe I ate like that every night. YUCK. I wanted nothing more than to detox on fruits and veggies. I'm currently at 168.8. 2.6 lbs. lost since the beginning of February, so I can't complain.

Jumping back into the 160's thread. I should be a pound away from being out of here by the end of February. I have 5 pounds lost/month goals. I met my first month goal 3 days after the target date...but I still met it ) So, I will be with you this month and hopefully never come back after February 2010!!!

Thanks for filling me in on what NSV means, LiLLy!

fashinjunkie, the soup is very good! It's just a powder I mix with water, but with the added chicken and broccoli it's very filling. I feel better now that I have everything prepared for the week instead of just winging it for meals. Hopefully I'll have a big whoosh!

mojo - I'm so scared to eat mexican food now because I'm afraid that's what it'll do to me too. I'm sure it helped you to eat better the next few days.

gasouza - Good to see you around... I'm sure your plan will work out great, sounds like you have it all down pat.

Hey ladies!

Sorry its been awhile but my daughter had her cochlear implant turned on and it was hectic to say the least around her. Plus my neck muscles are killing me! its all swollen. Went and got it check out and massaged and stuff hopefully gets better soon.

I am on my period and am at 161. I usually jump up 3 lbs so I am hoping that it will go down three at the end, Wouldn't that be cool.

It looks like all of you are doing so well and are keeping yourselves on plan. Yahhooooo!
