So I"m just going to go ahead and dive into this thread because it's making me happy. I tried on my skinny jeans tonight (re: size 8) and I got them up and zipped but I'm muffin topping which totally sucks. It's not even flab that's rolling over. It's skin. Ugh. Gross.
Anyway, I think I may have difficulty with getting out of the 160s. I never got lower than 165 last time. Maybe I will be okay this time. I have a 2 week trip to Canada coming up and I think I will be okay. I'm going to be doing most of the cooking anyway and I just won't buy any junk food for the cabin. I would love to finally hit my goal of 155 but I'm concerned that I'm going to have a hard time maintaining that. Maybe not. We'll see. I'm amazed I've maintained 170 for so long.
163... and stuck there! The 30DS is getting olddddd... still effective, but I'm totally ready for a change. 7 more days and then I can spend my time running and walking and other things.
I know what you mean about the 30DS. I'm starting to get tired of it too... but it definitely works. Next time I weigh in, I'm hoping to be done with the 160s.
A 160's thread! Woohoo! I'm at 164.2 right now ... yesterday I was 165.9 or something. I feel SO good about myself. My goal is the be at 159 by the end of August. It's been my goal ALL summer and I think I'll be there before the end of August. It feels SO good.
Im crashing the 160s thread! i was in the 170's thread for about 2 months and am very excited to be 168.0 today! i know the 160s will take a little longer since my body hasnt been below 170 in about 7 years. im expecting a little resistance, but with everyone's success and support i know i can defeat the fat!
i hope to get to know all you 160 girls better while were all in this decade.
