i messed up and went out drinking on friday night... i was good all day but those coconut rum and cokes did not go over so well for me. yesterday i could not stop drinking water so i am hoping my body is retaining water right now bc i weighed myself this morning (my official WI is not til wednesday, but still) and i was up to 167 from 163! i am freaked out a little and i am going to be so good for the rest of the week. i need to weigh 162 to be on point for my goal weight of the 150's by july 4... ugh.
but, congrats to everyone who has lost and those who have moved to the 150's thread, i am jealous!
