  • yay! down 1lb since yesterday. weighed in at 166 finally!
  • 162 this morning! Getting closer to where I was two weeks ago at 160.0.

    Even more exciting because I drank moderately the past two nights. (my alma mater is playing in the college world series)
  • At 160.0 again this morning, but it's not surprising, because I definitely didn't eat enough yesterday. I didn't realize until this morning when I finished up my daily plate totals that with the calories burned in my workout figured in my net calories for the day were only in the 700s. Oops.

    Will have to eat more today.
  • 161.8!!!!!! I am sooooo close I can taste it!!
  • 161.2 this morning. It definitely doesn't look like I'll reach 160.0 by tomorrow morning. =(
  • Hi everyone! I'm trying to break out of the 160's too :-) Haven't seen the 150's since 1997 when I got out of basic training. I'm 164 today, I saw 163 last week & I'm not changing my tracker :-) I've got a feeling it will take a couple of weeks for me to get into the 150's so I'll pop in every couple of days, for some motivation! Good luck ladies and to those of you that have got to the 150's congrats!!!
  • Oooh everyone is doing so great! I stepped on the scale today and saw 163! We'll see on Saturday if my weight stays down (weigh in day officially). I think I am going to start the 30DS on 7/1 - easier to keep track of the days... anyone with me?

    161.4 at official weigh-in this morning. =( I did have a NSV yesterday - I ran one mile without stopping. 1/3 of the way of a 5k!

  • 160.6 yesterday! I only weigh once a week officially but I'm determined that next Friday's weigh in will mean good by to the 160s forever!

    I'm going to wait until my 1st of the month weigh-in to make it official, and wait until my weekly Friday weigh-in to get my mini-goal reward, but still, yay!
  • 162.5 today. i'm finally eating again and have enough energy to work out. what do we think the chances are of me dropping that last 2.6 before july 4th? keeping my fingers crossed.
