  • ECHO - congrats on being back on track! i also want to be back losing weight .. i have been really lazy.. but i am going to start afresh today.. i currently weight 161 and i think this is the least i have ever weighed! (i have been plumpy throughout my life) so i am soo excited to see how i will look after losing another 5 (and then 10) pounds
  • today I saw 167.9 on the scale, yay!! I'm definitely hoping to be in the 150s by Halloween!!

  • So after some careful consideration I am readjusting my goal. I had been pretty set on 145. Considering I have been sitting at "about" 165 for probably a month now I don't know how attainable.... and if it is.. how maintainable that would be for me. I have changed my goal to 154. That number is 10 pounds down from where I am now. There are certain things in my life that I am not willing to give up just to "maybe" get down to that low of a weight only to gain in back when I reintroduce them. I think for my height 154 is a good number. It is in a healthy range both by body fat and based on the BMI. If I do happen to go lower than that, great. But I am not going to force something if my body is fine where it's at. I feel good now but I know I could look a little better. :]

    AKT: I have been sitting at about 165 for over a month too. My exercise is really good and my food intake is (with a few mess ups) really good, so I'm wondering if my body *wants* to be at that weight. I might be readjusting my goal to 154 too, we'll see how I feel when I get down there! :-)
  • I was down to 160.4, then I jumped back up to 162/163. I'm now back down it 160.4 ... =] Thank goodness! However, my scale gave me a tease this morning. I don't know where I was standing on it, or whatever shifted my weight but it read 158.6. I was shocked, awed & uncomfortable! I tried again and it was 160.4. Haha.

    I am 159.6 today.. yipeee!! but i just have to maintain this now and not get back into 160s..!

    that is such a good idea!! i think eventually your body just reaches a comfortable healthy weight!
    i might adjust my goal when i get to the 150s!
    i just have to hit through the 159 wall so my bmi is normal. less than 25.

    i'm taking it 2 lbs at a time! my next mini goal is to reach 162lbs
