161.8, up 3 ounces. I probably would have actually lost if I had gone to the gym yesterday, but I was a bit put off because it was raining outside and I was up two pounds yesterday. =b By next Friday I WILL be out of the 160s. =)
I weighed in at 161.8 today too, which is a one pound loss for me! If I can stick to my guns this weekend, I think I'll be out of the 160s in a week or so.
Stuck, stuck, STUCK at 162! It is driving me nuts! Mind, not so nuts that I went to the gym yesterday or anything. Oh well, I will do it tonight, and I HAVE been eating under my calorie limit, so it is bound to come off eventually. It's just science, right? Stupid plateau.

When I plateau I stick to my eating plan but work out in the morning for a couple days. It's often just the bump I need.
Last thursday I was 168.2 and yesterday I weighed in at 169.2! I gained a pound
Still in the 160's though but dying to get out! I'll keep working on it
UGH!!!!!! I am still at 163.8 I cannot seem to break it, does anyone know if people just get "stuck" at a weight. I am starting to get discouraged because I have been working harder than ever and i am not seeing a change. Any tips or tricks to see a pound drop? haha
AHHHH! I got on the scale this morning and was 159.8! I know it was because I haven't eaten in 4 days because I'm an emotional mess, but it was still the first time I've seen it like that in about 5 years, or more. I know it will go up as soon as I get myself back on track, but at least I know it is possible!
I'm down to 164! I'm happy I'm losing weight, but I feel like it's not fast enough. Even if I keep losing 1 lb a week I'll only be to 150 by my wedding. I want to be to 140-145! I'm guessing it'll be at least 3 more weeks in this thread.
Good luck everyone!
I know what you feel like, Julie. My losses have slowed to about 1/2 lb most weeks, with a "good" week being a 1.5 lb loss. My comfort is that with all my exercise, I probably look better than I would at a lighter weight with no exercise, y'know? Plus, I don't think you will be thinking about your weight on your big day - too many other things to worry about/enjoy!!
