I did it!!! After a few months in the 2-teens, I weighed-in today @ 209!!!!!!

I'm having gall bladder surgery on the 26th, I wanted to get here before it, so I still have another week to loose! Hopefully, the surgery won't be too disruptive to my weight loss.

220.4, i know its all sodium from dinner last night plus approaching tom but meh, i'm ok with it overall, but i wasnt expecting to go up 3 entire lbs. you'd think by now i'd be used to fluctuations

Well I was 218 this morning BUT 220 yesterday! What is up with me?? I am drinking water today like I own the WATER COMPANY (lol, whatever the water company is??)

215.6, hurrah! Yesterday was a weird-ish day for eating (not OP, just not my usual fodder) but I got my usual exercise in. Today is beautiful, and I hope to get outside and do some hiking.

And.....tada! right back up. to 219, here's the good thing though, I didn't swing back up into the 220s! Thats progress in my book. Bleh at sodium YAY @ looking at things in perspective

Well, I faithfully bounce EVERY weekend when I work two back to back 12 hour shifts.... water weight, or because I don't drink enough... who knows? So I bounced to 212 yesterday and back down to 211 today...

I'm not going to board the onderland express until I'm at 210 or below EVEN when I bounce. Let's hope it's this week.
