Way 2 Go! It does seem like a dream! This morning I saw 215.8...the 215 was a shock! I think I got on and off the scale 50 times! (does that count as exercise??)

I was worried about what the scale would say this morning (wednesday is my weigh day b/c it's my saturday) because I've been really sick and therefore not at the gym--but I'm down to 214 woot woot! Hopefully only a couple more weeks until the 2-otts! (Is that what we're calling it? lol!)

I was down to a low of 211.8 for a nanosecond, but today bounced up to 213.4. But the bounce tops (if you know what I mean) are going lower and lower. WOOT!
I hope to be right behind you on that Onderland Express! (I always change my ticker to the lowest weight I am, even if I just see that weight for a day. It seems to motivate me!)

I got 214 on the scale this morning, both times! I am just in awe. It took me 20 months to get back down to this weight. I have never had my ticker lower than 214. I could not be happier today!

Since I've never really lost weight before, I'm pretty much in awe of the people who do it TWICE. You must feel TERRIFIC today!!!
LOL, it is MUCH HARDER doing it twice! Trust me, don't try it!
It took me about one year to go from 278 to 214, about one month to go back up to 225, and then 19 months of going back and forth between 225 and 235 before finally getting back down!!
Finally after like 2 or 3 weeks I have pushed past 210-211 and today I weighed in at 209.2. I really think it was because I got more sleep. I am a night owl and I stay up till 2-3AM every night and most nights I am up by 8AM with my 3 year old. Most nights I average 5-6 hours of sleep and I seem fine on it, but whenever I get more sleep like last night the lbs seem to drop. And my trainer is always telling me it very important to get atleast 8 hrs, which I NEVER get. Last night I got 10 hours lol, the hubby got up with our daughter cuz he doesn't have to work and let me sleep in!!!!

(Shhh... this is a secret, but I slipped in a little afternoon weigh-in, and saw 209.4.... I have a date with the personal trainer tonight and so I'm worried I may see a water weight gain tomorrow. But I think I'm pretty much free of the teens for good!!!)
