There are many fun trampoline exercises that can be beneficial to you in many different ways. The trampoline can be used as a fun device for an efficient and beneficial workout. Using a trampoline can help you lose weight and help tone up your core muscles. Trampoline exercise is an alternative to jogging because it doe not put as much stress on your joints. So if you have any issues with your joints, then the trampoline may be the perfect option for you. You will be able to receive cardiovascular exercise by promoting a stronger heart. Another great benefit of using the trampoline for exercise is that you increase your metabolism. Also, it will help stimulate the blood flow throughout the body.

 

By choosing to do an exercise that is fun, you make it easier for you to go back and do it again and again. Some people have a hard time getting the motivation to go and work out. This could be due the anticipation of a difficult and boring workout. If you know that you can enjoy your exercise plan, then you will excited to go out and jump on the trampoline. 1. Side-to-Side Bounce

Begin by standing in the middle of the trampoline and start to jump left to right. Slowly increase the distance between your side jumps to enhance your workout. This exercise is great for strengthening your abdominal muscles and leg muscles.

 

2. Tucks

Start in the middle of the trampoline and begin jumping as high as you can. Once you become airborne, bring your knees up to your chest and then lower them as you begin to fall back down. Continue to do this exercise for about a minute. This exercise is also good for strengthening the abdominal muscles and the leg muscles.

 

3. Basic Jog

This is a simple exercise to do on the trampoline. Begin this exercise by alternatively lifting each foot and slowly begin jogging. Bring up each opposite arm as if you are jogging. This exercise will raise your heart rate and provide you with a wonderful aerobic workout.

 

4. Jumping Jack Bounce

If you are looking for an alternative to the regular jumping jack that is easier on the joints, then try doing a trampoline jumping jack. Begin in the middle of the trampoline and start by bouncing up. Once you are in the air, spread your arms and legs apart as if you are doing a jumping jack. Return back to your starting position before landing.

 

5. Twist Bounce

While bouncing up and down, start twisting your body from your waist side-to-side. By doing this, you tone the core muscles in your body as well as your leg muscles.
