i stayed even this week. and with having gained the past 2 weeks, i'll take it!!! rule number one: journal, journal, journal. rule number two: journal, journal, journal.... anyway, nothing to be too proud of, just that i didn't gain, so i guess the walking is starting to work...? i dunno, sometimes you just have to quit thinking...lol see yas next week.
Happy to find other Tuesday weighers!! I just weighed in today, my second week back at WW and I lost 1.2 pounds...not too bad considering the time of year and all the parties going on!! Have to work on being more active, I know that!! Three days a week isn't going to cut it now...I've gotta put a little more into it!!!
I weighed in yesterday, Tuesday, and lost 1.2 pounds and was happy with it being Memorial weekend. That was my fourth week back to WW. Hope all did well.
figured i should stop in and comment even though i didn't weigh in this week. i took the week off for my birthday and have been eating accordingly. not great, but not good either. it's sad, i haven't been to the grocery in about 3 weeks....lol! time to clean the fridge and start new. after all the junk i've been eating, salads and lean turkey wraps are sounding really, really good. so i'm hoping that i can make the most of my remaining vacation to exercise (it has been sooo hot and muggy, eewww!) and eat right so i don't go back in on tuesday disappointed.
so i will see all of you next week and remember, it all adds up, no matter how small!
I'm happy, lost 1.6 this week, for 8.8 since I started WW at work. It's going slow, but it's going. That's what I keep telling myself and to keep moving. It seems to be working. Changing my lifestyle and I feel more me the more fit I git Luck and love to all!!
Back again!! Only down 0.4 this week...but that's 0.4 less than I was last week right?? Anyway...I know from the last time I joined WW, I will have my slow weeks and my rapid loss weeks...this is just a slow week!! Hope all is well!
I lost .4 this week, too! I was happy with that, I'm at 9.2, even though my tracker show 10 lbs. lost. Hopefully I'll get that next week. Staying active and trying not to eat everything in sight It's getting easier, just becoming my lifestyle. Hope everyone's doing well, keep up the good work!
OK, I lost .2 this week, and I am happy to take it! I did the girls' camping this past weekend and that means lots of drinking and eating. So I can live with .2 because it's not a gain.
I have re-started the progam yesterday and look forward to doing well this week and having a great weigh-in next week. Hope everyone is doing well this week! Stick it out...that's my plan!!
Hello everyone. I joined your sight awhile back, but never really participated in any of the postings. I'm recently decided to get serious about my weight loss and joined WW. I weigh-in on Tuesdays. Last Tuesday I was down 2.6 pounds. I'm hoping that I will be able to get the extra support I need between the WW meetings from everyone on here. Looking forward to posting more and getting to know everyone.
I lost .6 this week, for 9.8, I soooo wanted 10 lbs. but now I have to try for it again this week. I've been exercising alot so I know I'm building muscle. I feel much stronger, but I'd like to see some lbs. fall off good luck all, keep plugging away, it's tougher in the summer.
Hello everyone! Ok so I kinda fell off the wagon and off the site lol, but I'm back. I've gained like 15 lbs but I hope to get it off.
