Hello! I lost a pound!! I'm so ok with it lol. I'm glad it's a loss and not a gain. I'm going to come back next week w/ a good loss! I didn't realize Thanksgiving was so close lol so I hope I can make my TG goal. We shall see lol. Can't wait to hear how everyone else did!

Congrats CK

Well I got weighed in today and thought it was going to be worse then it was. i was at a wedding in NY this weekend and I PIGGED out.. I mean.. pastat, filet mignon, canoli, you name it, I probably ate it.. AND Drank it!

Anyway.. I gained .8 so with last weeks gain that is a pound.

no worries, back on the wagon and I have a 2 poubnds goal for next week, that way I can get that pound I gained off and another.

Doing my happy weigh in dance

So, i had gained the past two weeks a total of 1 pound. I was down and decided I needed to take more responsibility for my weight loss and vowed to lose that pound and more for todays weigh in.

So.. I weighed in (even with Auntie Flo visiting) and I am down 1.4, so I am down that pound and .4.

I am VERY happy and back on track! I can not wait to see that first 10 pounds gone.

I haven't posted in a few weeks, guess that is why I have gained! haha Anyway, I have weigh in tonight after work. Hopefully I see some sort of loss. I have tried to eat better this week. We will see if it pays off!

Congrat's Time! Well I lost 1.4! I'm happy w/ it but a bit disappointed at the same time because I wanted it to be a bit more. Oh well. I'm kinda worried about Thanksgiving though cause my Mom's side of the family are amazing cooks lol. But I have it planned out as to what I'm going to eat and I'm going to save all my extra points for that day and I'm going to go walk in between lunch and dinner. Or I may get up early and go walk before lunch. Either way I'm walking! lol Hope everyone has a great week!

Hey CK, that is great, we both lost the same amount.

I am hosting Thanksgiving, so it will be okay, I will be so busy making sure everyone else gets to eat that I will not be able to pig out. I plan on working out alot though to make up for any slip ups.

I had a pretty good week! Lost 2. I am going to try and be really good this week so I have eat what I want on Thanksgiving! Then the weekend after that I am going to Vegas, that will be the hard part. Congrats everyone on the weight loss!

That is fantastic.. I miss that first week.. I lost 4.8 my first week.. I wish I could do that again.. however I guess it is alot of water weight the first week.. I am jsut glad when I consistantly lose!

Congrat's Vanessa! Don't get use to the 5 lb's lmao but that's awsome! I love it when I have a 5lb week. They don't happen very often but they sure are nice! So I went to the dentist today to get my teeth cleaned and i had this thing done to my 2 front teeth because I had some floride stains on them and omg! They look fantastic! It's the first big thing that I've treated myself to since losing weight. I mean I've bought a few clothes and stuff but nothing to big. So I'm having a pretty awsome day so far lmao

Hi everyone! I hope everyone is having a great weekend before Thanksgiving! I've had a pretty good weekend. Just worked and shopped lol. Woo hoo lol. I love sales and I work for a dept. store part time so the discounts are great also lol. I had a sad thing happen this morning though.....my battery went out on my points finder/calculator lol. I was so sad! It was the on that keeps up w/ your points also for lazy people like me that just put my points in and dont' write it down lol. So I've been kinda lost with out it lol. It'll be ok once I figure out what kind of battery it uses lol. I just wanted to stop by and say hello! Talk to you all later!
