I WI this morning and lost 2 lb. YEAH!!!!! I was sure with all the exercise that I got last week that I probably didn't gain but since I never even bothered to count points (Who counts points when they are on vacation
?) I sure didn't think that I had lost. I am actually wearing size 8 pants today. They are still a little tight around the waist but I am wearing them!!

I am so jealous that you live near the beach. I grew up near the beach on Long Island's South Shore, and really miss those walks by the water. EVen now I get to a point where I tell my husband I need to see the ocean. You can come with me if you want (he usually does) but I need an ocean fix. It seems to help me sort things out when life gets stressful. Unfortunately, now the ocean is about 60 miles away, and always too cold to swim in.
