I had WI today and was down 2lbs
I am a sure believer that when you have a plateau, you should re-evaluate your plan, doing core for 3 weeks got me losing again. Yay!

I won't post todays menu, as I am celebrating my loss w/pizza...haha. Pray I work it off by next WI.

Good evening all! Hope you all had a good day. Congratulations Morrigan and AJsMommy on the losses. I hope I have similar news tomorrow night.

Today was strange. I started a week of training today for doing insurance transcriptions from home. I train at a business office this week, then everything will be done from home. I hope to contribute to our household by making my van payment.

Anyway, this goofed up my eating today.

breakfast a few (about three) bites of oatmeal

lunch McDonalds happy meal (burger and about 2/3 of the fries) w/diet coke

a few pretzels
a few ABC cookies (costco)

crackers w/ cheese????

No dinner yet. Off to take daughter to cheer.

Will check in again tonight or tomorrow. Have a good one.

gained, gained, lost, gained, gained, lost, lost

First time in since August I have lost weight 2 weeks in a row. Not much, but better than another gain.

This week I was pretty much on program M, T, W - not even close the rest of the week.

Today: I had 19 points and no exercise. Tommorrow I am hoping to fit in a trip to the gym for at least an hour.

Hi there! Back from a fun and busy weekend. Went on a train ride to the Grand Canyon. I am an Arizona native and had never been there. Had a great time. Unfortunately, I drank a bit too. Scale shows me up a bit. I will get a confirmation at meeting tonight. Have not been counting points. Hope to jump back on tomorrow. Glad you're still checking in Morrigan. Where is everyone else??? I hope this thread continues. It has been a great source of support for me. Have a good one. Will check back tonight or tomorrow. --Amy

Hi there. Looks like my scale does not lie. I did gain one pound. No biggie I guess. I still got my third 10 pound ribbon. I have lost 31 pounds with weight watchers since last week of January. Can you say slow???? Anyway, I am back on again. Have been to the gym twice this week as well. Does not compare to last school year when I went Mon thru Fri. My transcription job has prohibited me from doing so. Even with not going to the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays I still can not get ANY work done around the house. I have piles all over my counter of mail and girl scout stuff. I am staying on top of cooking dinner (crockpot) and getting dishes done. I have enlisted the help of Dh and kids to help with some laundry. They rotate in and out of the washer/dryer and have helped put away two whole loads. Anyway, I guess that's not hear nor there. Here is how I ended up today...

Breakfast
toast w/ spray butter 1

Snack
non fat no whip mocha 3

Lunch
ham on lt bread 3
a few chips 2

dinner
chicken 4
broccoli 0
potatoes 5
wine 2?

That's 20 out of 22 not counting activity points. Wow!!! Not too bad. Have a good night and morning.

buffalosister, I think we all have mastered the word "slow!" LOL! I started WW March 29th and I'm down 25lbs. I almost said "Only 25lbs" but...I'm trying to be positive, right!
I'm not upset at it being so slow, it's my own fault...I cheat too much. But like I keep saying, and I'm sure my WW leader hates hearing me say it, I will always cheat. So if the scale moves slower for me, so be it...I know I CAN do this forever. I know I CANNOT eat 100% on plan forever. Let's see, what am I averaging....*getting calculator out* 30 weeks divided by 25= .833 lbs a week...that's almost a whole lb a week!!!!!! Since January 10th, I'm down 30lbs and since June 2005 I'm down 45lbs ....so I am a happy camper I w/o at curves, well....I'm a member I haven't worked out in awhile as I'm into my gazelle right now, however, I'm down 38 3/4" total! I wondered why my low rise jeans were falling off me somewhat...DUH...I've lost almost 6" in my hips! I went from a 20 to a 14/16.

Think about what you've accomplished. We're all much farther ahead than we give ourselves credit for. Think of where we'd be without any dieting! I know I'd be wishing, once again, that this holiday would be different....well this time, It is! I just got a really cute dress to wear to my dads work party (he owns a company w/some family members so it's not just a work party, alot of our family comes and alot haven't seen me since last year).

You girls are doing great!!!! slow but steady wins the race!

I don't know if I would call my progress slow and steady.
I am looking a little bit more like the hare.
Run fast, then stop for a nap.

AJsMommy, thanks so much for the support. Morrigan, you crack me up!! As long as we don't give up. That is what matters at this moment in time. I used to really look at things in 5 pound increments. Lately, all I think about is....just 19 more pounds. I am going to retrain myself back to the smaller chunks. We will see how that does for me. DH has been a gem over the past couple of weeks. Really complimenting me and saying just what I need.

Breakfast
whole wheat eng muffin w/ spray butter 2pts

that's it for now. Will post after I consume more.
