Woo Hoo!! Doing ok so far. This morning I stepped on my scale (like every morning) and it said 176. If I keep at it, I should have a good loss this week.

breakfast
oatmeal 3pts

work out
burned 350 calories

snack
whole grain gold fish crackers??? 3pts
I was starving after my work out. I am not really going to use the 3pts in my total. I know I earned at least that in activity points. Will update later.

Hi all...

I've kind of had a slip up day today. I don't even know how many pts.

So far....coffee, breakfast bar, 2 1/2 slices of pizza, and 2 pieces of apple pie. Dh is making dinner...I told him to surprise me because I'm too tired to think about what I want...so I really actually don't know what he's making. It's one of those days where I care, but I just don't, ya know? I have a really bad sinus infection, and I've been going nonstop this whole week, so I'm just too tired to care.

Hope everyone is having a good day........

Morrigan-I know it is so hard to face the scales when you know you've been "bad" but the longer you avoid it, the harder it will be to get back on track.

I had a better day today. Tomorrow is my wi...I was down 4, but that was early on last week when I had been really busy and hadn't been able to eat. This morning I was down 2, so that's probably where I'm going to end up.

Breakfast-Coffee-1
Breakfast bar-3

Lunch-shrimp-3

Snack-fruit loops-4

Dinner-2 pieces of grilled chicken-8
low fat ice cream-3

Total-22/26

I went anyway - gained 2.2

I feel like I turned a corner - I mean, how worse can it get than last week. I ate too much cheese (it was probably only 3 oz - with crackers), but combo that with whatever else I had and I ended up with the worse gas I have ever had in my life. Now that is punishment. I had nightmares about it all weekend. I actually blamed the smell on the nearby (within a few hundred yards) septic treatment plant when someone near me complained. I figure when you start lying - that is about rock bottom.

I should have a good weight loss with a good weekend. No surprises or anything, just a nice weekend at home with DH and the kids. My husband works weekends all year except sept, oct, april, may so it is nice to enjoy. Once mid-November hits he will work so many hours we will hardly see him at all.

Haven't been posting in here the last few days...oh wow, now that i look back, i haven't posted in here since Tuesday?! I guess this will be a long post!

Wednesday...
Coffee-1
breakfast bar-3
Low fat wrap w/pizza sauce & 1 serving cheese-4
leftover homemade pizza-10
Total-18/26

Thursday-
coffee-1
breakfast bar-3
Roast beef sandwich-4
ff pringles-2
baked ziti-10
Total-21/26

Friday-
Coffee-1
Roast beef sandwich-4
salad bar
chicken quesadilla
turkey burger w/avacado & bacon
low fat ice cream
wine
DH and I had a little date at Ruby Tuesday's, and I didn't count pts. I'm ok with it.

So far today I've had coffee, a breakfast bar, some leftover baked ziti, some white meat from a rotissere chicken, and some chex mix. I don't think I'm counting pts today either. If I go under pts so much during the week, is it a big deal to not count on the weekend, as long as I'm not gorging myself? Monday I was 4 under, Tuesday 3, Wed 8, and Thurs 5. I know WW says you must hit your number, but I'm not undereating on purpose.

Also, I was down 4lbs when I weighed in (I weigh in at home) on Tuesday.

Ok, think I'm caught up!

Hope everyone is doing well!

Remember me?
I'm back to the flex plan as of Wed. Core did what I needed it to do, get me past my plateau. I found the plan quite easy, except for lunches...Not many ideas I didn't think, esp. when my lunches are away from home and I'm not too fond of tomatos w/cottage cheese. I figured core was a good way to remind me of how I SHOULD be using my pts too, so back on track I am

I do have a NSV to post. I bought some jeans about a month ago, size 16...from a REG. store too anyhow, they're getting alittle baggy...so my friend who's just lost 58lbs and went from a 20 to an 8, told me she had some 14's if I wanted them...I went over, figured I'd put them aside until I could use them....I tried them on when I got home and they FIT!! They're alittle tighter, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. I'm elated, it's been awhile since I've been in 14. My highest was a 20.

Life is good...and the Tigers are moving on to the world series!!!!!!!!!!!

Whooo........back from the LONG road trip (Az to Wy). Just wanted to say hello and let you know that I will be back tomorrow. I am so tired. Drove 15 hours yesterday and 8 today. My legs are achey and I want to hit the sack.

Congrats Wendy, Jennifer (glad you're back here), and Paige. You are all doing great.

I am doing ok. Not on program, but lost over vacation. Will check in tomorrow.
