Home again.

I don't think there are any wagons in the greater Seattle area. Especially at conferences with really great caterers.

I'll find out the damage tomorrow. I have already racked up +3 for the last week of school and a week in Mexico.

Morrigan hello, my name is Paula and I am new to 3fc as of about 2 wks. Nice to meet you. I hope everyone had a great day. Here goes for me!!! Breakfast-dry oat bran and watermelon=3 pts. lunch-smartone and veg. medley=6 pts. dinner-2 ham and cheese sandwiches-8 pts. snack-watermelon and sugar free pudding=3 pts. total for the day is 20 pts. I rode my bike for 30 minutes today around my neighborhood. That's it for me for today. Talk to you all tomorrow. -Paula

Guess what?? I made goal while you were gone! Can you believe it?! Not my goal, but the WW one. I'm still posting, though, because as far as I'm concerned I have a bit more to lose (especially in those problem areas - ack!)

Sounds like the conference was a big food fest. I'm sure you did better than you think.

WAY TO GO Snowgal.

I have done little but eat and relax for the last two weeks and it definately shows on the scale. Today I am at my mom's house. It took a marathon 2+ hours to get my kids down for a nap, and mom still hasn't got my cousin's daughter Jane down yet.

Today: oatmeal with berries (3), creamer (1)
Lunch: Tuna with onions and relish (4)
Snack: dinner roll(3) with string cheese (1), onions and tomatoes
wine (3)

I had to WI today, as I am scheduled to work Wed (usual day off) due to the holiday...so it was only a 5 day weigh in week for me, and I'm up 1.25. I won't fret as I knew it would be a gain, we went to dinner last night at 8pm and it wasn't ww friendly, lol. So now I have a 9 day week to get back on track and down as much as I can, I'm determined to hit ONEderland in July...so 5lbs to go.
Today:
B: None :(
L: Ham & cheese on flat bread w/baked chips 7pts
S: string cheese, 4 triscuits, ww bar 3pts
D: chicken, potato, corn on cob 8pts
S: Lite frozen twinkie 2pts
20/26...not sure what else I'll get in as we're heading out to some fireworks...maybe popcorn?
3fruits or veggies/all water/1 milk/0 oil

Hello all, I gotta make this fast, I am tired!! breakfast-dry oat bran , orange & watermelon=3 pts. lunch-smartone and cucumbers & watermelon=6pts. dinner-smartone and broccoli=6 pts. snacks through out the day-2 ww fudgsicles=2 pts. pack of mini chewy sweetarts=4 pts. watermelon=2 pts.total for the day is 23. I could not go out and ride my bike today, but I did ride my stationary bike while I watched tv and I rode 10 miles. (the tension is real easy) Hope you all had a good day!!! Happy 4th of July. Everyone be strong through all these bbq's and parties!!!! Until tomorrow.......

:welcome: Laura!!! We would love to have you. I know that this thread has been very much of an encouragement for me. I hope it will be for you too. Have you been doing ww long? Well this is my second time doing ww and I have been successful both times!! The first time I just went back to my old ways, but I have made a commitment this time that ww is a lifestyle change. I am sticking with it!!! What I love the most is that I don't feel deprived. We are glad to have you here and I know that you can lose that 100 lbs!!! The main thing is that you stick to your new lifestyle!!!! Good luck on your weight loss journey and your new life!!! :wel3fc:

Hello is anyone out there??? I think I am the only one without a life today!! My husband and I took my son to a firework show earlier. That has been it for us today. Today for breakfast-nothing (I slept through breakfast!!) lunch-lean cuisine and cucumbers and ww fudge bar and watermelon=7pts snack-watermelon=4 pts dinner-sandwich and mixed veg.=4 pts snack=2 ww fudge bars=2 pts. snack-sweetarts=4 pts Total for the day is 21 pts. I rode my stationary bike 10 miles and I took my dogs on a long walk. (about and hour) I was bored, bored , bored!!!!!

Congrats on a successful 4th pacemom!!!! You're doing fantastic on your journey! I had a bbq at my parents, needless to say I didn't eat like I used to, but I sure didn't follow program...I came home and am DETERMINED to get this 5lbs off to be below 200...Now I'm getting tired of being so close, but going up 1, down 2...at this rate it'll take forever! I sent hubby to the store for some things I was out of, am packing my lunch for work after I get off the pc...I work the next 3 days straight, which is unusual for me...hopefully that'll keep me OP and get myself back on track 150%.

Paula,Thank you so much,for me is very important your supporting.I have never doing WW before,it`s first time for me.I have doing a lot of diets before,but after diet ,my weight come back,because like you I went back to my old ways too,but this time will be the last,when I`m doing diets(I`ll reach my goal :smug: ),and I don`t think so that is a diet,it`s way of eating,and if I realize one's error,I`ll be slim .Me inspired fight with overweight TV show "The biggest loser",I thought if they could,I can too.I have seen just first part..Sorry,for my bad english :o
I`m ready for the fight :dancer:

Welcome laurelija! This is a great place to get the motivation, and to post your high's and low's...Sometimes just reading about other peoples day, helps you to understand yours, or overcome obstacles. It's funny, your goal weight is what I weighed when I met my husband, hard to believe after 93lbs (My highest weight was 235 last summer) he still finds me as sexy now as he did then...I could not be luckier than to have a husband that loves my highs and lows, however, my goal to wear those Victoria Secret undergarments are making him alittle more demanding, lol...I went to order a hamburger yesterday at lunch, was making the 4th a "bad day" and he looked at me, I knew what he was thinking...that wasn't good for the products to come out of the pretty pink striped bag!!!! lol...he's a ham!
Time for work, just wanted to welcome you. More later.

AJsMommy,Thank you.;) I never was at 143lbs,it`s my dream,and it`s hard imagine for me ,how I`ll look at it.I was searching people who has the same problems and understand me,and I think,that I found.I`m here,that my dreams come true.
I think so that you really succeeded in finding Your man,not all man ,could understand your highs and lows.

Please help me for points counting,sometimes I can`t found how calories,fat,fiber have products.:dizzy:

Morrigan!!! Welcome back! We missed you.

I feel I must also welcome myself back. I went wacko when my husband was gone. Was not on program much, but have maintained??? At least for now. Sometimes I think the scale is slow to show a gain for me.

Well, he is now back from Alaska. Liz, he had the best time! I heard from him every single day. He took tons of pictures. He brought back two 50 pound boxes of fish. Our extra freezer in the laundry room is FULL of fish. I am very grateful for that. Especially since his company paid for the trip. This was a once in a lifetime chance for him.

I have kept busy since he was gone. We are having a retirement party for my mom at my home on the 22nd. We are doing a lot to the house to get ready for it. I have been cleaning and painting and moving rocks in our yard. It has been good exercise I guess. Lots more to come.
