Well today is the last day of **** Week. It has been a very effective **** week. I have worked out every single day at least a little bit. Friday night I did 20 minutes of Pilates, and a leslie Sansone 2mile power walking DVD.
Yesterday I did pretty good. Stayed within my points and I even went out to eat. We went to an all you caneat steak place, and i ate a big salad first...I was a good girl. Then when I got home, I let Billy kick my butt. I did a 30 minute tae-bo basic workout, and an 8 minute (hard) tae-bo workout. Then because I was feeling so good, I did a 30 minute Firm Power yoga DVD. WHOO HOOO! The calories were burning last night. I feel a little of the effects today. Sore butt, back, abs. But it felt really good to be so active. It felt good to work so hard for something.
Huntersmom...I found those english toffees too. They are so good, and usually one is more than enough for me!
I bought the flex points books off ebay for $36.00 brand new. It was the general food listing guide, the dining out guide, the pocket guide, and the food log and the little black case they all go in. I think that wasn't so bad. I had to read on the internet to figure out exactly how the program works but that wasn't hard either. It was worth it not to have to go to meetings!
I am going to retake my measurements on November 1st. That is a great way to see your progress in inches lost. Sometimes it's a better indicator than in pounds lost. I'm going to do that the first of every month. My stomach is smaller so I can already tell there is a small difference.
