Yes, Irishmolly, the AP are the same as the flex points, in that you may use them during the week (or not use them at all). Once the week is done they vanish. Hope this helps

. I am still on day one, so I can't really report my sucess yet...at least I ate my points today, and didn't use any flex points. I was too busy to exercise today (sounds like an excuse, but between being a full-time Engineering student at the University of Florida and being a single mother, I had no time). Good luck everyone!!!
