  • I just re-started today and I am up for the challenge. I want to lose 22 pounds, which would put me in Onederland (and it is also my 10% goal ). This would require 3 2/3 pounds a week, which is going to take a lot of work. Good luck everyone!!! We all can do this!
  • So far the challenge has gone well for me-how about you all?
I have found myself snacking a bit too much, and that needs to stop! I have a question for you guys..
I'm on the current WW program, and in the quick track booklets there is a section where you cross out your activity points as you earn them (the aim is 28/wk.). Do you only earn APs if they are not eaten?

Hope all is well with you!
    Molly
  • Also..
if I don't eat the APs I've earned that particular day, can they be saved for use later on in the week?
    Thanks!
  • My reward for reaching my goal is the satisfaction of knowing I can do it and feeling better. When I lose 50lbs I will reward myself with new clothes. :-)
  • Yes, Irishmolly, the AP are the same as the flex points, in that you may use them during the week (or not use them at all). Once the week is done they vanish. Hope this helps . I am still on day one, so I can't really report my sucess yet...at least I ate my points today, and didn't use any flex points. I was too busy to exercise today (sounds like an excuse, but between being a full-time Engineering student at the University of Florida and being a single mother, I had no time). Good luck everyone!!!
  • hey look at all us great women on here stepping up the miss mccoy challenge for thanksgiving how about it girls how great we are . i'm so excited. my weighs in our on tuesday with weight watchers but, hey i walked 2 miles again yesterday waiting on the lil one to wake up this morning then we will walk come in have some breakfast then its off to do the grocery shopping .. big yuck
  • i meant are on tuesday i cant tell its 6:30 in the morning.. lol
  • I have a suggestion for the weigh in day. Since Thanksgiving is on a Thursday, I think that should be our weigh in day. Say someone has a pound or two left to reach their goal on the Monday before Thanksgiving and then they do reach it by Thanksgiving, the goal is met. I just think it would be easier that way and would let us know on each weigh-in day how many weeks we have left. Let me know what everyone thinks. I hope everyone is staying strong. Our families are going to be so excited for us when we all get together for Thanksgiving, and we will be excited as well . Talk to you guys soon.
  • Thanks, UFSeniorGirl!
I'm fine with either Mondays or Thursdays as weigh-in. I'd want to weigh in early on Thursday, though, before our feast!
Fridays are my relaxing days-no classes! So I just had my breakfast and will be off to the gym shortly.
Take care, ladies! Talk to you soon!
