You will...we all will...I had a very hard time having my little one as well...DD is it for us too.

Had a great on plan day yesterday and worked out hard with trainer. Combined with cardio I worked out for 1 hr and 45 min. So I had a fabulous work out. Then ate a good dinner...stayed with in pts and only used 2 activity pts. I am pleased...just hope I am gonna do ok with the day I went haywire!! I guess all I can do is workout hard and do as good as possible and if there is no loss, I am to blame. Its ok though. I am wearing my new Seven jeans today and feel good....everyone keeps saying I look skinny...that makes me feel good! I think I can tell that the fat rolls are going down a little bit. HEE HEE...hope so! Well I hope all of you guys had a great day yesterday and hope you have a wonderful Thursday! WE CAN DO THIS LADIES!!

That is a great idea. I will see what I can come up with. If could calculate the points for everything that we eat on turkey day, that would be awesome.

Smile I think my pedometer is on speed!!!

Libbysmom...WOW...1 hour and 45 minute workout!!! Congrats! That's great!

I have 4 children. Christian, a boy is now 14; Devin (boy) is 7; Trinity (girl) is 4; and Gavyn, my angel, will be 2 next month!

Hi all!

Did much better yesterday. I think my new goals and focus are helping. My bloat seems better today! Weigh in is tomorrow and I am dreading it. I SO want another loss, but I know that may not happen.

I walked last night for 40 minutes, 1.6 miles, at a pretty brisk pace, pushing 30 pound toddler in the stroller. It felt so good to walk. The cold wind blowing in my face, the beautiful fall colors of the trees. I really pushed myself hard. When I walked up the hills, I loved the feeling of the burn in the back of my legs and in my butt. The endorphins were really kickin’. I got such a rush and I hope I have time to do it again today. Today is suppose to be my day off however since I have worked out for at least 15 minutes for the last 10 days straight. Isn’t it weird? I don’t wanna take a day off. Devin has his first tournament soccer game tonight at 5:30. By the time we get back home and eat dinner and get into bed...I probably will not feel like working out.

I hope Devin wins. I feel sure they will, they are undefeated, only giving up one goal all season long. But there is always that chance. My neice’s team was #1 for the season and in the first game in the tournament they lost because a little girl knocked the ball into their own goal!!! Anything can happen.

Yesterday was good food wise...I clocked in with 28 points. That is 2 more than my target, so i used 2 flex points. But that is better than it had been…

Here’s yesterdays recap
Points used: 28
flex points remaining for week: 17
workout: walked 1.6 miles, 40 minutes
Steps: 17,276 Yeah...exactly that brings me to the topic of my title.

I think my peometer is a little overzealous. The first 2 days I wore it, I had thought it was a little too easy to get to 10000 steps. There was no effort in it really. I mean I am working out, but 17,000 steps...that equals out to me walking over 7 miles! I fidget alot with my feet and legs, maybe that is causing the high reading...I don’t know...Does anyone have any suggestions for what would cause an overzealous pedometer?

Here are some things I have to feel good about for yesterday…
I stayed very close to my target points only using 2 flex points.
I was asked by a co-worker if I wanted anything from McDonalds...I declined!!!!
I really, really, enjoyed my walk!

Everyone is doing so well. Have a great Thursday!

Melody- Great job on the exercise...you will see results!! WOW 4 kiddies...you are a very very brave woman Very excited to see how well you did yesterday. Turning down McDonald's would be hard for me. I am so easily influenced. That is one of my downfalls of losing weight...which is why WW is so good for me...I am never deprived. I know that if I can't have something...I'm going to want it 10 times more. Knowing I can have it makes me not want it as often. That's why WW IS THE BEST THING THAT'S EVER HAPPENED TO ME!!! WOOHOO! Ok..got a tad excited..sorry. Anyway..sounds like you are right back on track and doing well! Great job!

Ladies, you all are doing great!
I wanted to share a quick and easy breakfast (or anytime, really) meal. I'm sure many of you have had them, but they are so good-a breakfast burrito, for 2 points! with nonstick cooking spray, spray a skillet. Add peppers, onion, garlic, any veggie and cook til a little soft. Add 1/4 c. egg beaters. Cook til scrambled-take like 30 seconds! Put mixture on a 1 pt. tortilla, top w/ salsa. Delicious!
I'm off to my hometown this weekend-first time being home since August! (i'm a college student) Very excited to see my family.
Take care, everyone, keep up the great work.
Have a wonderful weekend!

I went to weigh in today and I am so happy that I have finally started losing weight again. My weight hasn't been this low for over a year.

Keep it up girls I am so proud and happy for all of you you are all doing a fantastic job eatingn and moving

Lets all have a good weekend and for those of you with beggers night this weekend stay clear of the candy you dont want that if you are going to have left overs put extras in the last few kids coming to the door. Rember you'll feel so good about yourselves that you didnt give in to that temptation . keep some fruit handy so if you feel the need to grab a piece of candy the fruit is there instead. we can do this ladies. have a great weekend. Look forward to everyones updates. how they did with halloween temptation.

Molly-Thank you for the recipe...it does sound yummy!! Have a great trip!!
Bev-Awesome job on the loss! I know how you feel about finally losing! It feels great doesn't it? Keep it up girl!
Angie-Good advice for Trick or Treating night..ours is Monday night although they all but cancelled it due to the Hurricane. I am just going to take DD around our neighborhood. Then I will send my candy to DH work. It will get devoured there!! Get it out of the house!!! That is a must. Have WI tomorrow and am nervous since I had a couple of crappy days...keep fingers crossed for me. I will get my 10 lb star if I lose -1.8 but that is not likely to happen....its ok though. Worked out good yesterday doing legs on weights and then 35 min on treadmill and elliptical. Felt so good! Today I work out with my trainer so I expect a good booty kicking today before the weekend. I have to workout tomorrow as well to make up for missing on Tues. I try to get in at least 5 days a week.
Happy Friday ladies!!

Thisi is yesterday's journal entry ...an update for you ladies...
Today is weigh day! I’ve been dreading it all week, but stepped up on that scale anyway. Last week’s weight was 207.2...this weeks is 206.2...1 pound down. Happy to see a loss, no matter how small.

I stayed within my points yesterday! smile No workout. It was my first day off in 10 days. Would love to say I enjoyed it, but I spent the evening stuffing 44 treat bags for the kids Halloween parties today.

Devin won his soccer game. The score was 6-0. My boy scored 2 of those! WHOO HOOO! He plays in the championship tomorrow morning at 10:30. Trinity’s last game is tonight at 6:00. It’s so cute to see those little ones play! She will get her trophy tonight!

SO here's today's update...
Hello chickies! This morning I awoke early and got the kids up and ready....Devin had his championship game this morning, and THEY WON 4-0!!!! I am so proud of those kids! They worked really hard for it. Devin made one goal. He’s my little soccer dude!

I went off plan yesterday. We had a party at school, and I was rather good, but just decided after wards not to count up my points. Everyone deserves a day off. I am changing my weeks around. Instead of starting on Sunday, they are now going to start on Saturday. That just works better for me since my weigh in day is Friday.

Went out to eat with my sisters after the game, and didn’t do too bad. I am making chili later for supper. I didn’t eat breakfast this morning.

Exercise for today is walking and strength training. Tomorrow me and Devin are planning on going hiking at a nearby state park.

Everyone have a great Saturday!

I am sleepy today. Maybe a nap later! I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Hey everyone...well bad news here...GAINED +1.2 lbs this week...I had to keep myself from crying till I got into my car after meeting. I was so upset. I knew it was a perfect week, but only 1 bad day and had 5 days of cardio and weight training. I'm thinking it was a bad day. I did have a high sodium lunch Fri. so maybe that was it. UUGGGHHH!! Anyway...oh well..keep on trucking...maybe next weigh in will be extra good. Melody-Great job on the loss and congrats on the big soccer win!
Angie-We are trick or treating tonight as well...my DD is a ladybug. I totally got sucked into the cupcake monster last night. I was making them for her party and ate some icing and 1/2 a cupcake. I marked down pts for it though. Whew it was just too tempting. Staying away from candy tonight though.
Hope everyone is being strong!!

Don't sweat it! We are only human. And our bodies have minds of there own.... especially (sp?) women's bodies!!! Lol. Read what you said.... "keep on truckin".... you need to keep on doing that!! Next week might be a better week. And if it isn't, still continue on. I need to listen to myself and take some of my own advice as well! I know this is very hard and depressing. I have been up and down, more up then down lately. It is hard. But keep going!!! We need to help each other keep on because together we will lose it all!!!

Default Up two pounds

Well ladies,

I have reached a all new low. I have gained two pounds. I know what I did wrong and I am going to correct it this week. I am still determined to succeed at this challenge. I am not going to give up .I know that weight watchers works, so there is really no excuse. But I will say that I have not been exercising which is part of the problem. So I made sure that I have my work out clothes and I am going to the gym for the first time in a long time today. I refuse to give up. Thankks for listeneng
