Flex Pts- You get a set # of pts for the day- from the middle of your normal range. Mine is 32, my range used to be 30-35. Then, you get 35 "flex pts" that you can use however you want for the week. You can use them any way you want, a few a day or all at once or not at all.
Also, there are all new cards and recipes. Andd the new journal is like a little cheque book. You start out with your pts goal for the day, and take off the pts as you use them. You can also add pts in as you earn them from exercise. This little book impresses mee- it actually seems like it might cost a little more to make and that makes me feel like I am getting something for my $$$!
The only reason I have the info is because I used to worrk meetings and we need to know in case anyone has questions! I really like it so far. Motivating to have something new!
How is everyone doing this weekend?
I have stayed OP for THREE days, including Friday which is usually where I fall off the wagon. And I still have my 35 Flex Pts to use, so I should be able to get through the weekend no problem! It feels good to be on track. My SIL asked yesterday if I was doing WW again, she said I looked really good. That felt GREAT!

I just had a yummy, low pts, healthy, and filling lunch. I thought I would share it with you in case anyone else is stummped for new ideas, as I often am!

Take 1 pkg frozen spinch and bring it to a boil in chicken oxo. Add diced zucchini and cook until firm. Add diced fat free ham (1pt) and 1 cup of cooked pasta. This makes a lot and is only 4pts for the whole thing!! ((Plus it is another zucchini recipe, so I am using up more of that!))

Hello everyone!
I wanted to share some great news with you.
Last Monday, the love of my life, asked me to marry him ! We have lived together for 7 1/2 years. We got married yesterday. It was by birthday! He wanted to give me the "best birthday present ever!". We didn't tell a sole, just the two friends that stood up for us. Let me tell you!, it was the hardest thing for me to keep my mouth shut! We called our parents right after the ceremony. Of course they were all thrilled.
Needless to say, I didn't worry about points yesterday. That is why I am up in the middle of the night. (it's 3am) Later on, we had pizza with our next door neighbors. I am up paying for it now. Belly ache! But, the pizza tasted soooo good!
Anyway, this next week should be interesting when we tell everyone!
Today, the couple who stood up for us, is having a little get together at their house. Luckily, they are grilling chicken! I have to stay OP for the rest of the week. (I WI on Wed nights!) I don't want to gain now, since I have been doing so well!
Well, have a great rest of your week end!
I am going to try to lay back down for a few hours!

I got a cool new toy today. I catsat for a friend last week, and as a thank you gift she got me a pedometer. I can't wait to use it- I am thinking this evening when it cools off I will head out!

Hey all. I missed WI in this week because I was out of town. There are no meetings anywhere near where I am moving (this weekend ) so sis and I will have to do it on our own!
There are no EastSids Marios here, so Bandit2. Glad to hear you had a good vacation!
Shella, the pedometer is great, although I haven't used it in a few days. When I went to the city the other day I clocked over 10km while shopping!
I am totally Off Program right now. I am super stressed, super tired, and really grumpy. > There is NO possibility of me making my goal this time. Sorry to be a downer, I should really go start packing.

Hello everyone!
Well, I have been a married woman for 1 week today. It's great!
Went to WI last Wed. night. Stayed the same. I was happy with that. Had a lot of food and wine the week end before. I am 10 lbs from my goal wt. I am finding it hard to stay OP. I am eating 1-2 points above what I am suppose to eat the last couple of days. It's very hard when every one is telling that I look good. That, I don't need to lose any more weight. I am still drinking my water, exercising, eating low fat, low sugar stuff. I ask you this? Did any of you get tired of the program? Tired of counting points. Sick of the whole "worring about you weight" thing? I feel really good where I am. I would just like to tone up a bit. Is that why I am having such a hard time? I would like to lose the last 10lbs. I think it's going to be tough. I will not reach the goal of this thread by labor day either SaskieMom. I have lost 5lbs. My goal was 10. I will hopefully get close, which is ok. Unless this "phase" I am going through lasts for awhile.
Help!!
I need pearly words of advise!

I know exactly how you feel. I have been hovering 12lbs from goal since May. I feel good where I am and everyone says I look great, so there is little motivation to finish what I have started. I keep trying to get remotivated but as of yet have not been succesful.
Tomorrow I move in with my sis for 5 months. We will be in a small town with no fast food and lots of time to go for walks. She is also ready to recommit to WW, as she has some weight to lose. Also, I start working as a teacher (mainly PE) in a week and will be in the gym almost all the time. That should help!
But I can totally relate to the being tired of countinng pts and trying to lose. I think if you are that close sometimes you need to take a break and maintain for awhile. Everyone is different though, so it is whatever works for you!

Hang in there, ladies. Wish I was as close to goal as you guys are. We survived the power failure, but have to be careful with electricity. Right now I am at work and checking in, but haven't used the home computer at all.

Busy weekend - wedding Fri night, pool party Sat afternoon & beach party at trailer Sat night. Needless to say I am not looking forward to w/i tonight. But they are explaining the new programme so I don't want to miss it.

Hope everyone has a great day and just try to stay OP as much as you can. Even if you go over a little that is better than a complete binge. Good luck - I think I need lots of water today to flush out my weekend :-)

Good luck at WI tonight, bandit2!
Yesterday sis and I ate a little extra, since is start day. ((OK, so we went to Bonana for supper and had peanut butter cups for a late night snack...)) I haven't been journalling for quite awhile. SO, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I haven't gained when I stepped on the scale this morning. That is a relief, and makes getting back at it way easier!!!
Today is my day to get back to journalling-but I am going to be pretty flexible about it too. I want it to be a program I can stick with for a long time, not just 2 or 3 days at a time!!!
Have a great day everyone, I am off to wake baby and relocate to my new home. I won't see dh again until next weekend.

Hi everyone:

Was nicely surprised to be down 1.2# at w/i last night & we got all the info for the new system. Sounds good - nice to have alot of extra points if you need them for special things. Only thing I found frustrating is the new journal seems too small for me to write my things down like I used to. I like to keep my journals if I have a good week, but I don't think I will know what I had a few weeks from now looking at these. But, we'll see.

Hope everyone has a great week & talk to you soon.
