Default Labour Day Challenge 2003

Well here's our new challenge-except its a trick b/c its the same as our Canada Day challenge just in a new time frame!

Here is the challenge:

- Set your own goals and strive each day to stick to them.
- You must have a way to measure your success, be it # on the scale, tape measuring, # of days/week you get to the gym, # of days OP, etc.

Try to report your progress on this thread. There are just over 8 weeks until Labour Day so make your goals realistic. We can do this!

My Labour Day goals are:

1. eat within my points even on the weekends!
2. make healthy low point choices at restaurants
3. walk/other exercise at least 4x a week

My measures of success:
1. how my clothes fit
2. numbers on the scale
3. how I feel!

Hey Rina Count my slightly smaller Buns in
My goals are:
1 exercise 3-4 times a week
2 drink 64 oz of water (this is a hard one for me)
3 Don't give in to Old habits when out too eat

My measures of Success
1 clothes fitting
2my energy level
3 the scale

my goals:
1. drink less soda, more water
2. work out 3x week
3. stay within my points

my measures of success:
1. scale going down
2. toning up some of this flab (seeing more muscle)
3. fit of clothes

woohoo we can do it!!! (starting at 192)

OK my goals are to have lost all of my newly found cellulite J/K although that would be nice.

1. Water water water DAILY!

2. OP

3. Exercies 3-4x/wk (Kieri, I copied )

4. Fit into my new skirt from the outlet mall! Gap A line, very
cute

5. #'s wise 10. That should be do able

Yeah for the Challenge!

My main goal is to lose 15 lbs by the ned of the challenge (though I'll be happy with 10)

The way I'll get there is to
1. Eat an average of 1500 calories per day (not sure how many pts)
2. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies per day
3. Try to get in at least 25 grams of fiber per day
4. Do my total gym 5 times per week, even if only for 5 mins.

I would like to join ya'lls challange!
Ive been stalled for about 6 weeks and I keep floating between LC and WW. I know in my heart though tha WW is a healthier way of eating. I just need to focus on a goal and stick to it! I have 20 lbs to go....do ya think.....maybe.....I could do it by Labor Day?
My Goals:
1.Stick to low end of points range~20
2.Exercise 5 x's per week (this is my downfall)
3.96 oz. water
Measures of sucess
1.Fit into the Victoria's Secret Nightie that my DH bought my last year for my Birthday that made me look like a Honey Baked Ham (Criss~cross straps in the back...lol)
2.The scale finally moving again
3.Stop yo~yoing

here are my stats:
210/170/150

GOALS:
1 - cardio 5x/week
2 - toning through pilates or yoga tapes or weights at gym - (even if they are scary) 3x/week
3 - eat at 1500 cal/day 5x/week

MEASURES:
1 - goal: 161 (down 11 pounds from today)
2 - fit of clothes

How is everyone making out? So far I am succedding at my number 1 & 3 goal. No.2 is a little more challenging & I haven't had to deal with it this week. I'm feeling great
