Well here's our new challenge-except its a trick b/c its the same as our Canada Day challenge just in a new time frame!
Here is the challenge:
- Set your own goals and strive each day to stick to them.
- You must have a way to measure your success, be it # on the scale, tape measuring, # of days/week you get to the gym, # of days OP, etc.
Try to report your progress on this thread. There are just over 8 weeks until Labour Day so make your goals realistic. We can do this!
