Okay, so I'm not sure what kind of weight goal I can meet by Labour Day other than making a firm decision to:
1.) Not overeat.
2.) Enjoy myself at the beach house w/ the kids and Himself and NOT order anything over-the-top when we eat out (eating the
right food).
3.) Try and get some light exercise in, walking on the Pier or something. Walking the dogs.
4.) Not get to the hysterical point like I was today. (I had to drop a class in college because I was unable to get half-way across campus in the allotted 10 minutes between classes, and I was hurting myself trying to move that far, that fast. And I kind of lost it, emotionally.).
Let's see if I can be better to myself, eh? Reward: On my way to losing some weight, and getting fitted for a new velvet dress...
