Thanks mercury! I live across from a Walmart so I went there and they had TONS of stuff on clearance so I got a whole bunch of stuff for $35... not bad for 8 girls to do a scrapbook. I even got an album and enough papers and stickers for them to do 2 pages each. I think they will like it.

P.S. Yes i am in Ontario, I am in Kitchener.

Jinksie - I'm glad there isn't much skill involved since they are only 7 and 8 years old! lol! I'm going to make a sample now so they can see it. Now only to find some good photographs to use....

Thanks Jenksie! I am looking forward to it! I'll search some videos out! I have plenty of hips to move about.

Today has been such a wash for me!!! It started out great with 90 minutes at the gym and has gone downhill ever since. I just can't seem to stop eating...haha. It's actually been somewhat good choices (aka not cookies, cake, etc), but more than I should be. I can't seem to get myself full.

Definitely went over my points because the Samoa cookies that I have been avoiding like the plague for weeks finally got the best of me and I ate a bunch. Oh well, I will do extra time at the gym tomorrow and get right back on track with the really good choices tomorrow!

WTG, LitChick and Phae!

No idea on how to scrapbook, lol so cannot help you there, Phae. Sorry!

Are you making your mac & cheese from stratch, Jinksie? Sounds good!

Chele- Maybe the workout has you hungry but as long as it's all good choices, awesome!!!! It has happened to me a couple of times as well and I just go ahead & eat since I'm trying to (reluctantly) listen to my body more.

Tonight is roasted tilapia with red potatoes and broccoli/squash.

Have a great evening, all!
