Spooky, my husband follows the WW plan as well, although he doesn't go to the meetings, but he and I have some different eating issues, too. It has always amazed me that he just doesn't eat after he finishes his supper! For me, that's always been the cue to start, ha. I am much better now than I used to be, but I still always budget in points to have a night-time snack after supper.
Kimberly, I so feel you on those last 15 lbs! I read somewhere on 3FC - it could have even been you who said it, I don't remember - that losing weight used to be a health imperative. We needed to lose weight to avoid disease and early death. Those are pretty big incentives! Now, we look good, we feel good, our bodies are strong, and it's more of a 'want to lose' over a 'need to lose' - does that make sense? I don't feel like I'm explaining it all that well. And funny, I've had getting another tattoo as one of my milestone rewards but never ended up doing it - I should have gotten it done over the winter when I wasn't in the pool. I guess I'll wait now. What are you thinking of getting?
I'm on Facebook and will send you both Friend requests.
Me, I had a good day. I stayed on plan and went running after work - I am loving the time change and the feel of spring in the air! I ran 3.5 miles and averaged a pace of 9:40. My MP3 player is set on shuffle and the first song that came on was Eminem's 'Lose Yourself' so that set a good tone for the run.
