I have WI tomorrow, but I think that I have gained this week. We had a family reunion with some very good food. So we'll see.
BecomingFit, I also do flex. It works well for me. My parents do core, and so far it's worked well for them, especially my dad. For me personally, I like to have a Coke or Dr. Pepper everyday, and that works better on flex than core. At least for me. I know people that have lost over 100 lbs on both plans. So I think that it's totally up to the dieter.
