No - DH had 2 and the spare one is still in the fridge.

I am trying not to 'hide' foods anymore I leave them where they are and when I see them I say to myself 'I can eat it if I want but do I really feel like it?' and most of the time I don't really feel like it so I don't eat it.

JC - tried those too.... from Bakers Delight? They are devine!

Ok.... who is willing to ship me some white chocolate peanut butter cups!!!! Every time a canadian comes to visit, they do not get past the airport lobby without handing them over to me!! and those were the plain chocolate ones! Do they have them in the US? My friend is over there right now and I will get him to bring me some!! OMG I am drooling!

KFC is not as greasy here I find, but then I had a franchise as a tenant, and one visit to their kitchen for a building inspection put me off for 4 years now... *gags* Tried it here around Christmas and got a rumbly tummy but it was not nearly as bad as I remember it was in Canada????

Oh my dear Lord - I can't ever read this thread before lunch again. My stomach is growling and all I can think about is KFC and peanut butter. I've pledged to have Miso soup for lunch today damn it!

okay when this thread was set up I said I was NEVER gonna come in here. To think, I'm 30+ years old and STILL haven't learned to never say never. Well here goes. This is what I ate yesterday that I shouldn't have.

Poptarts - Frosted Strawberry
2 bananas covered in Peanut butter
2 brownies with Peanut butter smeared all over them
half a box of Fruity Pebbles
Spaghetti and Meatballs (not the healthy stuff, the BAD stuff)

This morning 1.5 Otis Spunkmeyer blueberry muffins.

Monday was worse.

Banana with PB
2.5 Brownies with PB
2 Zebra cakes (little debbie's)
2 bowls fruity pebbles
4 Capri Suns
1.5 cups spaghetti sauce with a ton of cheddar cheese melted in it
barbecue potato chips
2 slices buttered toast

I didn't list the healthy foods that I ate in addition to the bad stuff. See why I am so worried?

whooo do I need to confess

"forgive me LWL,for I have eaten everything in sight!"

Basically I fell off the wagon and kept rolling until I was in the ditch, face down in a bowl of popcorn. Ive been really angry since my SO lost his job, and his way of handling it has made it worse. Ive not been to the gym in ages, and have eaten more crap in the last 4 weeks than I did in the last year of free days! Luckily I didnt gain too much back, but I am still kicking myself. Ive been eating because I was angry and didnt want to be anything but supportive to my SO. That buck stops HERE!!

So, My eating is getting clean again, I took a speed walk today and am printing recipies and planning my shopping list! Action action action!

Oh I love this thread! It makes me feel human again! I am not alone in my falling off and hitting hard. LOL on the ditch Tidey! I'm in there with you. I've had a bad day that turned into a bad couple of weeks. Time to buckle down and fly straight ladies! I'll do it if you will. I need all the help I can get.

Neuhaus Belgian chocolates - the best in the world! A vendor gave me a small box yesterday - maybe 10 pieces. Luckily I only like dark chocolate, and most of it was milk. I ate two pieces yesterday, and one just now.... Still two pieces of dark left, and I intend to eat them!
If I'm going to splurge, this is the kind of thing that is worth it! My sister used to live in Brussels and used to bring them home 2x a year, so I've developed quite the snobbish taste for these! Other chocolate is just not worth the calories!

Oh, man, my brother gave me some of those Neuhaus chocolates at Christmas. They're awesome.

I failed to resist the call of the vending machines at school last night. Hershey bar with almonds and toffee, at nine-thirty at night. Not the best idea in the world.

Awhile back, before I started my new weight loss program, I had this week-long craving for Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagels from McDonald's. NASTIEST thing you've ever seen, and the stomach ache afterwards was something that should keep people from going back for more - but the way that bagel was toasted just so with the gooey cheese and buttery flavor - mmmmmmmmmmmmm. I had one every day for a week. THEN I looked at the nutritional information - 700 calories in ONE! That put a quick end to my Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel days.

I'm here today to confess that I ate 9 grasshopper cookies last night. A serving size is 4. I was doing so well, too!

"Forgive me Sistahs for I have sinned, I just ate 10 small chocolate eggs..." and now I just want to go sleep...

But I won't I will drink water! And not from the ditch, I'm climbing back up the hill with the rest of you to get on the Wagon of Health and move towards the daylight savings time sun... I think the chocolate has affected me

Mmmmm, I know exactly what you mean about that buttery, gooey-cheese bagel taste! I prefer sausage to the steak, but I hear you on that! I've had my share of those things. Can't believe you ate it everyday for a week!

Move over, Ilene. Sistah dip has had a slip-

Wednesday - Peeps and Jelly Beans. Last night - pizza. This morning - disgusted.

The last dream I had before waking up this morning was that I was running all over the neighborhood, up and down hills like a gazelle, just enjoying the scenery. I think my sub-conscious is telling me something.
