The bakery I have to pass everyday on my way to work and my way home has the most amazing cupcakes! And the smell as I walk by is to die for!!

Taco Bell nachos bellegrande on Saturday, and chicken quesadilla on Sunday. Both eaten in the car, on the way home from shopping, when I could have waited 15 minutes to be home and have something more nutritious. But then again, that wasn't really the point....

Wait - Mel - you aren't supposed to be here!

It's confessional if you eat more than 3 tbsp and staple if you eat 1 tbsp... K?

OK, kids, this is the sin of gluttony-

Friday from the desert table at the buffet, after eating very clean and healthy-

1 piece of german chocolate cake, one piece of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, 1 big glop of banana pudding with whip cream, 1 big glop of hot peach cobbler with a dab of vanilla ice cream, with a lemon square chaser.

And what was really the bad part, was for the first time in many moons, all of it was fresh baked and good tasting. So I think I can easily say I can't trust myself in those kinds of situations, eh? Why did I do it? Because it was there. No emotion attached, no impulse eating - it was there (environment.)

hmmmm.... I had a craving for something juicy tonight so we bought hamburgers for dinner. They were delicious with pineapple, cheese, salad, bacon & beetroot. I really enjoyed it but it's back to clean eating in the morning!

ok i said i was going to start eating cleaner and working out today....so here is the confession....I started out well with my fibre 1 cereal, an orange at mid morning and then I blew it after I ran some errands with deep fried clams and onion rings....but then I cleaned it up with sardines and yogurt for supper and now some fibre 1 for evening snack. Of course you think with the IBS I would know better but I was having a feel sorry for myself day (and I really should have dealt with that better too)
Thanks for letting me get it off my chest

I wanted ice cream the other day and noticed that WW over here does little individual cups of ice cream about 3 oz in size. I am up for trying anything new and even though I try and stay away from sugar usually I am aiming for balance this time over anything else. So I gave it a go. I thought if I go for a second one then I won't eat them anymore because I obviously can't handle it. Well I ate the 'caramel dream' one and it was delicious. Then I didn't eat anymore and I didn't even want another one. I couldn't believe it I ate only 3 oz of ice cream and was satisfied! WOW

JC Good for you! That is an accomplishment! Did you eat this 3 oz on an empty stomach or after a meal? This would be the difference for me... On an empty stomach it could send me on a spiral for more!!!
