Yesterday I did 30 minutes of strength training...

I had a 30 minute power walk yesterday!!

50 minutes on the elliptical
20 minutes of weights (arms) 20 minutes on the recumbent bicycle |
Today I did a brisk 2 mile powerwalk.

40 minutes Walkaerobics again this morning.

50 minutes on the elliptical, 20 on the recumbent bike.

60 minute Walkaerobics DVD this morning.
Yesterday was only a 15 minute bike ride. |
65 mins on the elliptical, 20 minutes of weights, 25 on the recumbent bike.

35 minutes on the elliptical, tried to do more but was having really bad chest pains, need to tell the doc about it next time i go.

30 minute Bellydance Fat Burning DVD this morning.
I've been really bad about making time to work with my stability ball. I was doing well when I started out, but I don't have the guts to kick my husband out of the living room some evenings, so I postpone. And I postpone. And I postpone. Ad Infinitum. Since I realize I'm doing this now, I hope I have the determination to go through with it tonight. |
35 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes of push-ups, crunches, and leg lifts.

I have totally not posted my exercise the past few days...too busy.
I will post for yesterday though-40 minutes pretty intense strength training. Ouch. |
25 minute pilates video, 25 minutes on the elliptical, 40 minutes on the bike, and 25 minutes of weights.
