30 minute Bellydance Fat Burning DVD this morning.

I've been really bad about making time to work with my stability ball. I was doing well when I started out, but I don't have the guts to kick my husband out of the living room some evenings, so I postpone. And I postpone. And I postpone. Ad Infinitum. Since I realize I'm doing this now, I hope I have the determination to go through with it tonight.

I have totally not posted my exercise the past few days...too busy.

I will post for yesterday though-40 minutes pretty intense strength training. Ouch.
