60 minutes Aerobics video (Richard Simmons) but it still counts as activity last night. I am trying to mix my exercize up daily so I am checking out whatever videos the library has. Tonight will probably be 45 to 60 minutes DDR on x-box.

Just did a 30 minute bellydance workout and 10 minute flexability workout. No more full workouts today, but I hope to talk my husband into going for a walk or bike ride with me.

I'm still at work right now (and shouldn't be posting here ;) ) but I can't help thinking about the exercise I need to do from sitting in front of this computer, trapped in this tiny cubicle all day! I will be working out on my elliptical machine for 30 min as soon as I get outta here! :)

I do a lot of sitting at work, too. I'm thinking about getting one of those little steppers you put in front of a desk to get circulation going while you sit. I'm not sure how much use I'd get from it, though, since I swivel around a bit between a book truck and my keyboard.

I did a mile on my exercise bike this afternoon.

Yesterday= 10 minute flexibility routine in the morning, and a 30 minute walk at lunchtime.

I did walk home from a doctor appointment today (about 15-20 minute walk), but I got a last minute invitation to the movies, so I didn't have enough time to do a workout tape. I did, however, find some Gilad DVDs on ebay that I just have to buy once I get the money. I used to work out to his tv show years ago, and loved it! I wish he was still on regular tv. I don't get cable :(

My power walk was cut short to 20 minutes due to rain, so later in the evening I exercised to my one and only workout dvd. I bought a couple more on clearance online the other day, and they should arrive shortly. I need variety!

Wednesday night I had troupe rehearsal for 1 1/2 hours...and I had strength trained earlier in the day. Thursday I swam with the kids...Friday I strength trained lightly for 20 minutes. Saturday I got my behind kicked at a dance seminar-I danced for over 5 HOURS...and performed later that evening. Yesterday (Sunday) I got in the pedalboat and pedaled around the lake where we camp. (Great for your thighs!!!)
Today I am going to strength train, and I have a 1 1/2 hour rehearsal this evening for a performance on Wednesday. |
Yesterday and today I did my workout dvd early in the morning.
I just got the 3 new dvds I got on clearance in the mail today, and I'll probably do one tonight, since I had Arby's for dinner :o |

30 minute aerobic video this morning. When I've proven to myself that I can do this consistantly, I'm going to bump up the duration and perhaps do either an hour long video or two in a row.
I'm liking doing this in the morning instead of after work. I find I'm less likely to skip it now. |
I went out on the walkway and did 3 1/2 miles last night...I had to perform a 30 minute show this morning at 9am, so there is 30 minutes of dancing. I will strength train later today.
