i need to start posting my exercise in here...
yesterday did an hour on the elliptical, 20 minutes of strength training, and played basketball by myself for about 15 minutes today i did 45 minutes on the elliptical |

Today I went for a 30 min walk, 30 mins on gazelle, and 15 minute thight work out for dummies :)

friday went for same 40 or so minute walk around my complex also went to my gym and did at least 15 minutes on various weights, 15 on the bike and 5 on the treadmill to cool down :cb:

Tuesday Various Upper And Lower Body Weights 15 Min Cross 15 Min On Stationary Bike (fat Burning Mode) Then 5 Min Cool Down On Tread Mill |
Friend Has Wisdom Teeth Coming In So I Was Hospita All Friday Night Buuuuut, When I Came Home At 6am I Did 30 Min On The Treadmil At A More Intense Pace Than My Outside Walking
Saturday I Did Laundry All Day With A Broken Machine That Flooded All Over So I Did Not Get Home Till Late Was Out From 5pm Until 4 Am But I Also Did The Same Treadmill Thing Again 30 Min At A Good Pace Gooo Me Creativity In The Face Of Adversity Ha Ha Ha :cb: And I Was Damn Tired Ha Ha Ha!!! |
Went to curves today! Woohoo!
