I did:

Walk Away The Pounds 2 Mile Walk with the weighted balls...
and I am off to my hour long dance lesson!

almostheaven 05-10-2005 09:26 PM

Today was marching in place and up and down a step with 3 pound weights exercising my arms for 35 minutes, followed by my continually failing attempt at keeping a hoola hoop around my slowly expanding mid-section. :D :D :D

Tomorrow is my next of my 3 day a week Curves sessions.

Betani 05-10-2005 10:29 PM

Today I started Couch-to-5k. I did the 20 minute session, then continued walking to fill up an hour, total.

90 mins (3200 m) with Masters swimming
20 mins rowing
1 mile run
30 min crosstrainer

A big day, tomorrow will be just a little running & weights. Bought size 10 pants today, first time in 27 years. Unbelievable.

Swimming again this morning, 40 lengths this time!!!!
Gym in the afternoon, an hour of weights - lower body today, upper body Friday.
I don't know what I ever did before exercise!!! Oh yes that's right, cooking and eating!!!

25 min ellipticle and strenght training 22000 lbs last night and then a soak in the hot tub, ahhhh for 05/11/2005

Fireefly 05-12-2005 10:01 AM

I walked 2 miles at 3.5 mph for the past 2 days... doing yoga today..

Betani 05-12-2005 07:09 PM

Today I continued with Couch-to-5k week 1, then walked afterward again to round out an hour of workout time.

My knees hurt a little more during jogging stints, but stopped immediately when I switched to walking. I'm not really sure if that means to stop, or if that's just the hurt that comes with starting a new exercise program.

almostheaven 05-12-2005 07:40 PM

I kinda did something to my hip the other day, but don't know how, so laid off exercise yesterday. But went back to Curves today, and doing Curves again tomorrow as my third day in the week. If the weather really is 81 Saturday, I might go for a jog. Then again, I might jog around the block and decide 81 isn't conducive to jogging and take it down to a walk. LOL!

momX3 05-12-2005 08:06 PM

I did curves yesterday and walk/run on the treadmill for 44 minutes today.

aphil 05-13-2005 09:55 AM

Yesterday (Thursday) I did:

30 minutes belly dancing
20 minute very brisk walk

I'll post later today after my workout!

1 hour of spin :ebike: that kicked my booty!! I'll be lifting weights tonight. Great job everyone!!

MorticiaAddams 05-13-2005 06:07 PM

Did a little diffrent since the bike was tied up the whole time I was at the gym.
I ran for a quarter of a mile then walked uphill for the rest at a 13.0 incline at 3.3 speed ( Usually I would just run my mile but I had just ate and went to work out to soon afterward) then went to the eliptical walker and did a mile forward and then a mile backwards. Then headed to the crossramp and did a mile at the highest level and then hit several weight machines and did some situps with my legs wrapped around the knee braces and then I biked home.

blues4miles 05-13-2005 08:17 PM

30 minutes :ebike: on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and now aiming to do the same tonight! Hoping to do some upper body routine I missed yesterday due to broken machine. Hope everyone is doing great this weekend!

Betani 05-14-2005 06:27 PM

I just finished week one of Couch-to-5k, and then walked for another 45 minutes.

I think I'm going to repeat week one next week instead of moving to week two. My body is just not accustomed to it yet.
