Okay, I just did my workout...inside!!! Yeah for me!!! I did 15 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on my bike and I was way more tired after than I am from a 3 mile walk. I will do more later plus my weights.

I wrapped all the Xmas gifts so I am almost done. I am going to try to buy the kids a game boy advance each for the trip so maybe they will not fight for the 2 days on the road.

We watched some tapes of Rebel when he was a puppy. Oh my god, since we got him we have no tapes of the kids it is all the dog. He was the cutest little puppy though. it was so cute to watch him because he used to sleep on top of Fat Cow. She would just lay there and look at me like why the **** is there a dog sleeping on top of me mom?

Well, I gotta go play with a new Brownie mix.

I need to workout but i am tyring to hold of on that one until 4. I only have 1 1/2 hours left until then but it is killing me!!!

I already have dinner cooked for tonight. I put a roast in the crock pot yesterday so now all I have to do is cook some rice and we are all set. What are you guys doing for dinner?

Angie I can't believe it is Christmas shopping time. I want to get an early start this year and not wait until last minute. Walmart has really good prices on kids clothes. I can't believe how low some of the prices are. What kind of brownies are you making? I shouldn't even be asking I had way to many on Saturday night!

Kempy I have no idea what to make tonight. Yesterday I made a meatloaf and it was really good. I made it with oatmeal instead of saltine crackers for the first time and it turned out great. I was thinking about hot dogs or chicken for tonight. Last week I felt like so motivated to keep my eating op but today I am just hungry all day long. . I think it is because the time change and hibernation setting in. Later girlies!

Hmmmmm, dinner...I got some frozen mahi filets so I'll think I'll do that one the broiler w/some fresh asparagus spears. Hey! You got me thinking of dinner and it's not even lunch time yet . I love doing dinner in the crock pot, especially when you walk in the house and there's all those yummy homey aromas.

WooHoo Angie! You did it girl. Working out indoors IS a drag but maybe with this different type of exercise you'll jumpstart your losses again. Work it baby.

((((Holly)))) glad to see you again. How is your little one doing today? That must've been scary to have to hospitalize him. Take care of yourself and try to keep your sanity. We miss you.

Hey Julie . Sometimes no news is good news. Hope your day is going well.

I'm having a hard time drinking my water today when I need it most (after a day at the buffet). Not much to report here either.

I've wondered where the others have gone to. Chris? Dips? Jacks? Sandy? I know there were more but I can't remember their names since they don't post anymore . Gotta get some work done for now. See ya later.

I am having the rest of my lobster and spaghetti I guess. What I really want is a spicy chicken sandwich with bacon from Wendy's!! Can you guess who has PMS this week?

I bought a new mix for Brownies since the ones I usually make are from scratch and they come out with cracked tops alot and I am sick of it so I thought I would try a mix instead. It came out okay. I like the ones where I mix peanut butter into some of the mix and swirl it on top. YUM!

I loaded all of our summer clothes and the Xmas gifts into the RV now I need to buy a few blankets and some washclothes and towels. Then I should be able to leave most everything in there so even overnighters will be easier.

Noelle, My workout probably didnt help much since I sampled some brownies and just ate an individual bag of WOW chips as I type. Boredom sucks.

I never thought of using oatmeal in meatloaf instead of bread crumbs. I will have to try that.

Kempy, Can I come eat at your house? I couldnt make a pot roast if my life depended on it. HAHA They always come out like shoe leather.

Angie have you tried it in the crock pot? I just learned how to do it last year and we eat it all of the time now. It is really simple. Just throw the stuff in and let it ook for a few hours. That is my kind of cooking.

We cooked the lobster tails last night on the pit and they can out pretty good. They tasted better when we had them steamed though. I have no idea how to do that. I just think it is cook that we got to eat lobster at my house. They are not very cheap down here.

Sorry Noelle didn't mean to bring up the dinner topic so early for you.

Julie I swear I am a bear sometimes too. I think I need to eat to put on the extra pounds for the winter.

Kempy, the next time you want lobster just tell me. Shaws packs them to travel. I could just get them sent to you from there. It would probably be alot cheaper that way for you. I found a websight from the Maine Lobster council yesterday that tells you all the different ways to cook lobster and it has alot of recipes for them too.

I want a crock pot so bad but I havent remembered to buy one yet. What cut of roast do you buy?

The Winn Dixie down here has sales lots of time to buy one get one or two free so I usually load up then. I think it just says Roast on it. I am sure it is beef and not pork. I never really think to look at the label.

Let me know what that site is and Iwill check it out. Also if you can get me a price on the lobster to be shipped here that would be great.

I am leaveing work now so if I don't pop in later I will chat with you guys later.

Hi Dips!!! Look, I'm doing the happy dance for you. *sigh* Enjoy the heat while you can because it's going to be cold when you go home. Take care and did you remember to say hi to Mickey for me? If not, I'll have to send the other Angie to do it . See you around and hope to see you again soon.

Good Morning! Well the rain has stopped for today at least and it is beautiful outside. We just did a walk with the dogs. We got stopped by a man wanting to know what kind of dog Candi is. When I told him he said well when I get another dog that is definately what I am getting.

Food was so bad yesterday. Not the meals just all the snacking.

Hey Dips!! We miss you. Have a great time in Florida and when you get to see the rest of your family.

Kempy, Holy cow they sure do rip you guys off on lobster prices huh? I looked up the weathervane websight(our favorite seafood restaurant) and they wanted $61.00 for 1- 1 1/4 pound lobster shipped-$81.00 for 2!!!! We just bought hard shell lobster this weekend and we paid $7.50 per pound and all summer we can get soft shell for $4.50 per pound. I will check Shaws for you the next time I go.

Angry I'm BACK!!!

Hey gang.. sorry I have been MIA for a while... my company is finally gone, as of 5:30 AM this morning... and I am BACK on track. I have splurged a LOT with my food, haven't been drinking my water.... but I have managed to exercise everyday.... but my weight is back up a couple of pounds. At least one is due to water retention, but I wouldn't doubt that I gained the other pound back! :-) Considering everything I've eaten. I won't even go into it.... needless to say, I am once again FOCUSED, and wanting to get to 128.00 by Thanksgiving...

I will write more later when I get a chance... but I just wanted to pop in and say HI!!!!

My visit went great BTW... so the extra weight gain was worth it! :-)

Hugs,
Cherie

Wow Anige that is alot for those wonderful little critters. I guess it just all depends on where you live as to what great food you are going to get. I get these shrimp that are HUGE from way down in south Louisana and they would probably be really expensive if you guys got them up there. I make Joe grab a few boxes of them when he goes and I just stock the freezer.

Cherie glad to see that you had a great visit. When will you be seeing him again?

Dips good to see you too. I hope you are enjoying you vacation. So have you and your man set a date yet?

Well, I am really bloated today but I can blame it on good ole' PMS. Anytime a man opens their moth around here I have wanted to cut his head off. I wonder why I am so bad this month. I mean I have been bad before but I havn't been this way in awhile. I wonder if it is because I havn't been working out. i did bring my clothes today though.

Goodmorning girls

Hey Dips glad you are having a good time. Great to hear from you.

Cherie I am glad you and your friend had a nice time. I am sure those extra couple of pounds will be gone in no time.

Angie glad the rain stopped for you. It is raining and dark here today. What are ya baking today? I can only dream ! My husband thinks I am weird because when he and the little ones are having a snack that I can't have I just smell it! I don't know if that makes me want it more or less.

Kempy are you going to do cardio or lift weights today? I have been really bad about excercising lately. I have to kick myself in the butt!

Hey Noelle how is paradise today?

Talk to everyone later. Julie
