Good morning gal's
WI same ole same ole day 5 of nothing, not even a flicker of an oz up or down. Here is where my tuff gets going then runs like heck LOL.
Today's meals planned and I come in right around 1100 calories and 22 carbs I am off to the gym for my morning 'spa' treatment before I get the pleasure of sitting in front of a computer screen.

granny I hear you about the cold weather, our has not hit yet but just being dark when I get up is tough.

Hey everyone!

I am pretty new to 3FC (recently, anyway - I was on here like a decade ago) but would like to jump in.

I was doing pretty well this week - about 1500 cals/day, walking and/or intense cardio every single day. Have lost 1.2 pounds so far this week (as of this morning) and was feeling great about it.

Well.....today I was feeling self-congratulatory or something and decided to celebrate by eating cheese fries and chicken wings. I don’t even really like cheese fries! So..... that’s pretty much all I ate today aside from breakfast but it was probably around 2000 calories so I’m feeling pretty down. Stomach hurts too. I know that the occasional splurge won’t wreck everything but like.... sigh. 😔

Quick check in...back up to 185.6. Ovulation signs full swing. I did OMAD today but I had a 12" sub for dinner and was still hungry so ate a few more nibbles of things...ended up at 1626 for today...

That's a lot of food on my belly. I was very busy...didn't wear my tracker until 12pm and I currently have 25, 567 steps...was hunting for a certain screw at hardware stores...went to Lowes, Home depot and bought flowers , Harbor Freight, Subway, back to Lowes, took friends van to shop, pick kid up from school, taught ds3 to ride scooter for 30 min, regular work hours, chore's AND chased dogs down in apartment complex across the road again...

Tired, be up at 4am to dump his body in the woods...then come back to get him and do aide work and go to his daughters 2nd b day party....looooooong day tomorrow too...goodnight

HI Kate, welcome. That happens to the best of us. Great job on the weight loss.

Nancy, it WILL move!!

Ciecie, brrrrrrrrrr.

Good Morning, Everyone! Happy Weekend!

katemcmillen Hi and welcome to the check-in.

Last night: Full body stretch & exercises from the Dr.
This morning: Oxycise

Calories for yesterday: 1545 +
Weigh In: 189
Down: .2

Have a Blessed day!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

October 20

1 Peter 5:10
But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

Cliff felt content. He felt good about the diet. He knew it was time to do something, so it didn't feel like such a great struggle. He prayed for God's help, and he felt God's presence with him. Sure, there would be unpleasantness, as there was whenever a sacrifice was involved, but it would all be well worth it. The prospect of being healthy and trim was very appealing to him. Cliff had confidence that God would bless him with strength, courage, and peace. With that kind of assurance, how could he go wrong?

Today's thought: If God will give me everything I really need, how can I help but lose weight?

Good Morning 146.2 bounce up and I own this.
I simply CANNOT control myself around pretzels

Yesterday was planned for 1126 calories
Yesterday was actually 1455 calories and about double the carbs I normally eat at 177 grams. I did get in my steps though 16,644
Today is not "completely" planned out because we are heading out to a band competition .......

So. I need to quit messing up here and refocus and keep that stuff away from me.
I asked DH to hide the pretzels. That is usually enough. I don't go looking for them but if I see them they trigger me.

Got to go! Will come back later and do personals!

Good morning to alllllll the chickies!
Drum roll please............W/I THE SAME day 6 LOL However today I did see the digital scale flash lower numbers but did not go there. Yesterday I saw it flash higher numbers and it did not go there.

Won't get much in the way of steps today will be driving a great deal, but today's meals with the exception of lunch are planned. I may go to Taco Time and get their taco salad -minus the chips of course and loads of hot sauce. so breakfast my eggs and another protein --- dinner asian inspired chicken wings (no breading, boiled then broiled)
Sundays meal....not there yet but thinking same ole same ole for breakfast (eggs, small slice of ham) Lunch - unknown Dinner shrimp....weekdays are so much easier.

Jen, Granny and ciecie your steps are amazing I am feeling the bit of the slug since I am not at the gym....but that has been my choice although after Monday's trip my shoulder screamed(ing) at me some
