145.0 this morning... yippee!

edit: However could I forget?? This marks the exact halfway point! 30 pounds lost, 30 to go... at least officially; I'll see when I get there

Wow, well done - that's brilliant!

I've crept up to 146 again. I must fit in some exercise the rest of the week.

After 2 days of going for my lunchtime run, and being careful with what I eat, I'm at 144.5 this morning .

Yay! I saw 144.8 briefly last week and then TOM hit, so I mostly maintained last week, at least that was my intention, and am back to normal this week. I say intention because I usually hang onto to 1-3 pounds of water this time of month and the highest I've seen is 145.6, so I'm wondering if I've lost a bit after all.

Default Fell off the bandwagon

Hi girls, fell off the bandwagon for a little...went through some tough personal times but am ready to get over it and get out of the 140s. At 148.8 this morning. Going for a run today with a friend and clean eating!

Well done! I do think running helps the weight come off faster (but finding the motivation to go is often hard). Sorry you've had a rough time of things lately.

Thanks Tesni. Yeah it was a breakup, and a breakup is always hard, especially if your partner was putting pressure on you for losing weight and you weren't able to do it fast enough to their liking and boom goes the relationship. I guess I'm better off. Anyways, good news is I can focus on myself now. Down to 147.4 lbs this morning. Finally had to postpone yesterday's run to today due to work, but looking forward to it!

That's got to feel bad, someone putting pressure on you for something so personal, On top of the huge pressure we already put on ourselves...you're def better off. That's where I'm at, focusing on me.

New here - hi! Currently 145 working to get back to 135 and dreaming of 130, lol. Running def helps, and keeps me sane!

Well done! I'm 144 today. It's almost my time of the month and I can feel my willpower wavering this evening...

Well done to both of you! And nice to see you back, MelodicWarrior. Hope things look up for you soon!

I'm way beyond ready for my swoosh. Still at 144.8 today and I know I've been eating well enough this week to lose weight, so hopefully tomorrow it'll just all swoosh away.

Urgh! Still 144.8! I'm hanging onto hope that it's because I'm set up for a swoosh, especially since I've been eating well and working out all week. I usually do swoosh after staying put like this--it's rare for my body to stay put, so when it doesn't fluctuate like normal, a swoosh is probably waiting in the wings.

Dear swoosh,

Please come soon. <3

Love,
Me

Don't worry, consistency always pays off. The swoosh is definitely on its way. But I guess that's why they say patience is a virtue.

That's what I keep telling myself! Patience is a virtue I guess lol. Anyway, a happy NSV though--my jeans fit much better than they did a few weeks ago. So that's progress!
