Hi Tesni, still feeling a little bloated but better. Seems to be a bug going around lately so I think I might have caught it. And have a good run, I know that always helps me get back on track!
This week, I've been regularly exercising and eating right and reached 145.8 this morning

. First time reaching the 145s in my weight loss journey yay! I know it probably is temporary and will feel more comfortable once I hold it for a few days but still have to see that digit.
Also, I'm starting a new job on Tuesday so I hope it won't affect my balance too much.
