Brilliant, well done! I'm stuck at 144.5 for now - am off work this week, so don't think I'll see much progress. Will try to stick at 144.5 though - plan on running 5 times this week.

Crazy! Went up 2.8 lbs in 2 days but was eating right and exercising. Gonna check if my period is coming soon because honestly it makes no sense. I track my calories so I know I haven't been overeating and I went running these last two days as well as eating within my calorie limit intake (which is usually around 1500 but I tend to eat closer to 1200-1300).

Alright back down again at 147.4 but feeling pretty bloated this week.Trying to drink a lot of water to flush out whatever is in my system making me feel this way right now. Also I was right about my TOM coming up in a few days so it might be the reason why my weight is going up and down like this. I'll try not too worry too much on weight fluctuations and try to curb the cravings instead and exercise. Lifting weights today and going for a little run today. Yay!

Hope it's settled down a bit now MelodicWarrior. At 146.25 this morning. Have had a few lunches out this week (not to mention a few drinks at night), so it's taking it's toll. Good job I'm back in work on Monday! Going to go for a run this morning.

Hi Tesni, still feeling a little bloated but better. Seems to be a bug going around lately so I think I might have caught it. And have a good run, I know that always helps me get back on track!

This week, I've been regularly exercising and eating right and reached 145.8 this morning . First time reaching the 145s in my weight loss journey yay! I know it probably is temporary and will feel more comfortable once I hold it for a few days but still have to see that digit.

Also, I'm starting a new job on Tuesday so I hope it won't affect my balance too much.

Thanks Tesni, it's gonna be tough (11-hour work days) but I'm excited! I kinda had a sort of cheat meal yesterday (by necessity- wasn't able to eat what I prepped) and this morning my scale went down again and I reached 145.0 lbs. Couldn't believe it! My goal was to lose 10lbs by the end of the month and I am 2.2lbs away from that goal so I think it's attainable! Keep it up! Doing circuit training and going for a run today!

So at 145.2 lbs this morning, so pretty much maintained for the weekend (it was long weekend here in Canada, Monday being a holiday) so I'm satisfied. Gonna see how my workouts will fit in my long work days, gonna try to do 30 minutes in the morning before work. I've meal prepped my food for the week so it should be alright. Crossing my fingers

Hrmph, temporarily at 145.2 as well. Ate a lot this weekend (just had a lot going on so wasn't being strict enough) so hoping that falls pretty quickly.

Hello, it's been quite a while since I've posted on these forums. I was at my high weight about 8 years ago, lost all the way down to 113 (for about a minute) following South Beach, settled around 118-120 for a couple years; since then I've been gently bouncing up from the 120's and back again. Well, this time I bounced alarmingly high to 154, and finally shook off my apathy to put in an effort again. My main trouble is sugar; it is my demon! If I can keep a rein on that, I do just fine. My chocolate stash has gone untouched for the past 2 1/2 weeks, no more creamer in my coffee (for some reason that just sets me off on sugar consumption), and I'm back to mainly SBD except for one or two small biscotti in my evening (decaf) coffee. I'm down 9 lbs. so I'm pleased! Looking to get back into the 120's again though, and back into my regular clothes. Let's do this!

Hi Cattails, welcome! Don't worry Princessroja, things will settle down. First work day done and wow was it intense but good. Still at 145.2 lbs this morning. Scale not moving too much since my loss a few days ago so hoping it's just gonna swoosh by the end of the week. Keep it going girls!

Ok so 11-12 hour work days is definitely exhausting but meal prepping definitely helps. Down to 144.0lbs this morning. Tomorrow is the last day of work (even though I'll have a pretty hectic weekend as well but not as bad). Starting to fit into some of smaller clothes again yay!
