So at 140lbs exactly this morning. I've had the scale move up and down (from 139.8lbs to 142.2lbs) the last weekend but I feel I've been retaining water since my TOM is coming up in about a week and also my measurements seem to indicate fat loss. Hoping this is the step before a small swoosh. I know I'm going to be losing more slowly now but still a little frustrating not seeing those numbers move...

I've been seeing the same number, 140, for the past six mornings. I am sharing the same frustration, Melodic, I want to see it go down already! I know I should be happy with the fact that it is staying stable and it's less than 2 weeks ago and 3 weeks ago, and so on, but still... Measurements are probably a better way to track results so good going! Here's hoping you and I see a permanent dip on the scale very soon.

Well done you two, you're almost there. I've just been on a 2-night spa break with a friend and, to my horror, tonight I'm at 145. Hope it drops in the morning. Back to running tomorrow.

Don't worry Tesni, I'm sure it will go down again. And glad not to be going through the frustration alone Cattails

Bit of a 'whoosh' this morning - down to 141.75, so that's cheered me up! Have a good weekend.

Woo, good going Tesni! Isn't it funny how that number on the scale can make your whole day?
Friday morning my scale showed 142 - what? For no good reason that I can think of. Saturday morning it's back to a solid 140. I'm starting to wonder if the scale is unable to go below that. Hope everyone's Sunday is a terrific one.

Great going Tesni! I'm the same Cattails, I've been varying between 140 and 141 and my scale doesn't seem to dip below that. But gonna try and stay consistent and hopefully it will pay off eventually...

Finally, my scale showed below 140. 139, possibly even 138ish. My scale really is not precise. But now I know it can read below 140! Now if only it stays down there...
Hope everyone is having a good week.

Ok read 139 exactly this morning! It also has been going up and down for me but I feel like I am finally seeing progress. Keeping fingers crossed.

Woo-hoo, way to go Melodic! The past two days my scale showed 140 but back to 139 today.
Determination will pay off, Tesni. A nutritionist friend of mine told me once "Eat right 80 percent of the time and you'll be okay." Stay the course and we will succeed! Let's all of us get off this page already and onto a "rolling out of the 130's."

Yay Tesni! You're doing this thing right!
I'm down to 136 or so, but going to keep checking on you here. You can do this!
