Hi, Carla! Welcome to the thread! Since you asked, I exercise 6 days a week (optimistically... I've been having life and emotional issues lately that have been conspiring against me getting exercise in every day, and I've been averaging 4-5 days a week lately ><), I hydrate, and I try to eat better. Smaller portions, more vegetables and otherwise healthier food choices, treats are treats and not every day foods, that kind of thing. Hey, you're already down 7 pounds! That's almost a third of the way there! You've totally got this!

Bloomin, I see I missed your post. So sorry! Thanks for your words of encouragement, congrats on the size 14s and on losing the extra weight the scale switch gave you! I'm sorry you've been having a rough time lately. I hope things are going better for you now, or if they're not, that they will in the near future!

I'm still kicking around here at 160.0, two weeks after I hit that mark. >< Story goes, the first time I dipped that low, I started ovulating and gained a couple pounds in water, which had to come off over the week. I was finally back on a downward trend and got back to 160, and then I had the anxiety attack mentioned above, which threw my body way off kilter and put me back up to 162 *again.* I got my emotions back on track and relieved a lot of stress, and I once again got back down to 160.0 yesterday. Guess what happened today? Started TOM. WILL IT NEVER END??

So.... I am still lurking around the upper 160's... BUT, I just returned from 2 weeks out of the country and did not gain a single ounce! What a NSV! Two days later and I've lost another pound to find myself at 167.6. I was very careful about what I ate. I was traveling with my mother who is petite and a light eater and decided to model her eating style. Evidently, it works. Now I am home and back on schedule although the holiday weekend holds a special challenge as we will be at the family lake house with far too much food, drink and opportunities for falling off the wagon. This will be another big test for me.

Keika, You are so close to being in the 150's, it will happen any day now. Decades seem to take, well, decades.

Congrats on the NSV, Sheila! Ooh, an out-of-the-country trip! That sounds awesome! Good luck on the lake house adventure! Thanks for the words of encouragement, they were very kind!

As for me...

Turns out, all it takes to finally break into the next decade is to come on here and complain! Even though I'm on my second day of TOM, I managed to drop 0.3 lbs down to 159.7 this morning!! So excited!! Considering how long I stagnated and the fact that I am in fact still on TOM, I probably shouldn't go to the 150s thread already... buuuuut I'm going to anyway. ^^ Can't wait to see all of you there!

Hello all mind if I join in???
I have been hovering between 158.2 (lowest) to 164.8 (highest) since February....so frustrating. I have even added exercise now--8 weeks in 5 days a week! Still this up and down back and forth. whine whine whine.

Ok I follow atkins pretty close and only recently allowed myself over 25 carbs a day ( I have not had bread, pasta, rice) since October 2016. I did try a flour product this past weekend and it just made me feel awful. The bulk of my carbs come from veggies (and that darn wine) calories between 1150-1500 depending on the day. I am up for suggestions really

I have even gone so far as to write my body a nasty letter telling it how it is betraying all my hard work by not letting that scale budge or teasing me to dip down into the next decade only to jump up 3-4lbs the next day.

ah such a life

I'm checking in after 2 weeks...I was 166.4 last time I talked to you guys, I've gotten it down to 165.2 today. I would be more excited if I haven't seen this weight like a thousand times lol. Hoping to give you guys some more exciting news next week!

Made it back down to 164.8 that infamous number...my lowest weight so far that I've hit 3 times and then gone up xD. Will be death gripping the wheel on the car of will power this weekend to make sure I can make it down to see some new lowest weight records for me!

nancylmrn- I've always wondered the same thing. Must be some blasted water...hate the bloat.

Hi all....checking in for the first time in awhile. Today's weight is 166.2. This also seems to be a tough place for me to be. I've been lurking in this zone for a few weeks now. I did put on about 1.5 over the holiday weekend with too many carbs and alcohol. Luckily, it's come back off and another couple of ounces as well. I've decided I have to keep plugging away at a slower pace. Our summers are very social so maintaining is a win and losing even slowly is a bigger win.

Default Helloooo

Hey everyone! I'm an old member of 3FC and now I'm back (sadly) lol. I started off at 169. Today I am 164.8! Glad to be in the 160 group- but I hope I don't stay long lol. Just looking for support! This was such a great source in my previous weight loss journey(that was a kid ago and a few years)

Good Morning all! Today I am at 165.8. If slow and steady wins the race, I will be the ultimate champion! It feels so slow but its still coming off so that is what matters. At the rate I am going, I will still be here by Labor Day. The 170's felt the same way and then one week bam! Out of nowhere I dropped 3 lbs. I can only hope for the same here.

Good luck to everyone...make those good choices!

Well Sundays WI 161.8 still hovering and will not weigh in again until next Sunday. Still exercising pretty steady 5 days a week using Fitness Blender purchased program. I think I am doing Fitness Blender 30 which each day gives you a workout routine approx 30 min long and an extra credit workout usually about 10 more min. But today it was kickboxing day, I don't do kickboxing I am not coordinated enough....so what does my goofy brain pick. Why not the 1000 calorie burn workout that is 87 min long. Holly Molly batman I am tired and sore but want to see if this blast workout will head me down a pound on Sunday

Hello nancy, sheila, j, and dani!

I'm back, I'm not dead yet, but have not been as successful as I had hoped. I've been weighing 66's, 65's, and high 64's over and over again. I think I weigh basically exactly the same on a monday as I have been the last 2 months, and the same on thursdays...etc. It's very annoying.

I'm rethinking my approach again. My first approach starting this was a little on the challenging side for me. I started out doing great (like most) but eventually got caught up and grew stagnant. Approach 2 started a week and a half ago, and I can already see it's doing nothing for me either. That approach was basically my old approach but less organized. I think that was even worse for me.

So I am trying a 3rd new approach. I think I'm going to try waiting a solid 2 months with the new approach and evaluating if it's good for me or not.

Hope you all are doing fine and congrats on all of your hard work!
