Dani Awesome job! I am dragging my heels and my weight around with me at the slowest pace ever! Not gaining so I am happy about that but it is summer and we have a lake house with way too many treats and too much food with the extended family and kids around. Add a gaggle of neighbors, friends, campfires, alcohol and smores....its lucky that I am able to lose even a few ounces a week. The most important thing is, I have not gained! I will keep after it.

Hi Sheila,

Thank you! You, too - it is great that you are taking it easy for a few days and enjoying the summer! It is awesome that you are maintaining given the temptations - I am trying to stay away from everything so i can focus now as i know it is so much easier to lose at this weight. Once I get to 160 it slows down a lot, so I am trying hard to stay focused.

First time posting, I've been a lurker for a while. I weighed in at 163 today, I've lost roughly 28 pounds this year so far. I've been hovering around this weight for a while now, I think I've been too lazy when tracking my calories, so I'm hoping to knuckle down and finally lose the last 20 pounds.
