Yay! Oddly enough, I tried to do the same last few days and today I had a whoosh down to 180.3! It'll probably bob around a bit from there, but I was just relieved to see the scale move finally!

Hooray for seeing the 7, Volatis!!! We CAN do this!

I found the 80's one of the hardest groups to get OUT of last time, and same this time again. MY fault, for not stopping it as soon as I saw ME hit 180 again...

we can do this, one day at a time!
Yes, we can! It has been a slower decade for me too -- both times I've been in it... probably because I stayed in 80's for such a long period at various times in my life. Either way, we're heading out and we should look back at these messages when we're struggling in 70's and below!

Welcome Thunderfunk! Wow, sounds exactly like me. Spent FAR too much time hovering in 180's....sadly, it took me creeping up to 200 to really have the wake-up call I needed.

I think that's why my body "likes" to stay here. It's a familiar weight. We'll leave it behind though; I just know it!

Yeeeee! I saw the 7 appear on the scale! 179.9. I'll still be hanging out here for a while though. I have a feeling some of it is dehydration/water, so it needs to stick before I move on. I was just overjoyed to see it. It's been a long time since I was in the 70's!

Hey, congrats Volatis.

I hope to be there someday. 180s are getting really old for me.

Kris
Soon, sweetie soon.

I hear you!

We can do it! I know we can. 80's will be a distant memory for us both, soon!

Alright, friends in 80's thread -- I'm tentatively moving forward to the 70's thread. It's been 3 days under 80 and was at 178.6 this a.m.

Will see all of you over there soon!!!

Weighed in at 186.0 this morning, so feeling good. Usually when I hit a milestone I end up stalling for ages or creeping back up, so it's great to keep on moving!

How's everyone else doing?

Hi everyone
I've been in the 180's for almost a year- bouncing between 187-189. Occasionally seeing as low as 185, or as high as 191.

I've been making an effort at weight loss the past week, just focusing on eating. I've been at 183.4 the past two days, which is super exciting!

Today, I"m going to work on increasing my water intake, and I'm going to do some measurements so I have starting measurements. I'm about 5 pounds down in the past 4 weeks.

Ugh. It took me all of one week to land squarely back in the 80's. Bad week, and I'm not giving up, but I have to be more aware of this pattern. It's almost like . . . I get into a new decade and I take my foot off the gas as a "reward" or something. So, starting here again at 183. Next time I'm out of the 80's it will stick! :P

Hello everyone. Last time I checked I weigh 187 and this is the first time I am working of getting out of the 180s. If anyone has tips, it would be highly appreciated.
