I'm still here, too. 181.2 today... going to try and make a strong push to the 70's this week! We can do this!

I'm starting to get a bit fed up that despite making concious changes to my diet and being really good about going to the gym and exercising, my weight just bobs up and down between 180.5 and 182.

the last 5 days I have gone
180.5
181
180.5
180.7
181.7

I can only assume I am taking my eye off the ball at weekends and undoing the good work during the week.

I hear you!!! I made it down to 181.2 and am now back up to 182.5 for some reason. Frustrating, but I guess all we can do is keep forging ahead. It sometimes seems worse when we're weighing every day, I think, but in reality, a week isn't much. We'll get past this and be glad we did!!!!

Yuck. Realized I have been stuck at the same number for nearly two weeks now. I'll keep going, but it's times like this where you wonder if you'll ever see goal!

Hey Kris!

I'm done with the rope, so I'll throw it back your way.

I've been able to keep my weight stable during holidays and winter depression. Time to get a move on. What I'm eating is really good, but I need to lower portions a bit and get off my butt and exercise. So I'm hopping to it.

Thank you, my friend! I need and appreciate it!

You know, after reading your words I took pause, because I too struggle with winter depression and this month has been particularly hard for many reasons. I need to start showing myself more compassion as I've been doing the best I can as it sounds like you have as well. Exercise will help us, I think.. in mind and body, so I need to make that a regular part of my routine again, too. We can do this! As long as we're holding steady and not giving up!

Volatis I'm in the same boat as you. I gain 1-2 lbs on weekend and try during week to undo that and its a vicious cycle

Really upped my water intake yesterday and I think that helped as now at 179.5!!! I want to see that weight for 3 days on the run before I move into the next thread.

woo that's awesome, yes I find that is all it takes is increasing your water.
I found the 80's one of the hardest groups to get OUT of last time, and same this time again. MY fault, for not stopping it as soon as I saw ME hit 180 again...

we can do this, one day at a time!

Hey All! I was living in the 180s for years, and then crept up to 190s...I'm on my way back down now, but I've been stuck at 183 for three (four?) days. My weekly "official" weigh-in is tomorrow and I don't know if there's anything I can do before then to change that number.
