I'm joining this club! 189.6 today. It's been longer than I can remember since I've been in the 180's. Now I'm determined to see this in my rear view mirror as well.
Congrats too all you that have made it into the 80s and those who are exiting them for the wanted 70's. I am one of those who wants to see the 70's roll around. I was on this site in 2015 and still weigh the same. That could be good and bad. Good because I have not gained more in the last two years but bad that I am stuck there. Looking to move that number down. I wish you all a healthy weight and I wish myself it also
Actually you should be happy you didn't gain weight if you weren't actively trying to lose!
Today I am 187.4
I'm sticking to roughly 1500 calories a day and working out hard 5 days a week. I think for me it's critical to use that hour a day to really work it. I want to make sure I have a variety of things to do, not just the treadmill. I get bored after a few days in a row on the treadmill. Now it's spring again I want to be outside more.
Hard to believe I'm almost half way there and I still can't believe I'm in the 80's. Going away for a long weekend, hopefully things don't go crazy while I'm gone!
Sheila that is awesome you are in the 170's keep up the great work. Neko you are so close You can do it. Msgooch you are an inspiration working out five days a week. I was hoping to get in 3. And for me that would be good. You are going in the right direction keep it up even though the Easter weekend can be challenging. I hope you can stick with it and even if you don't lose. If you stay the same that is great over a holiday weekend.
I am 180.6 today! So close, but I'm going away for 4 days where I'll be eating out every meal. I'm going to try and keep an eye on it, but I get I may be here for another little bit after I get back.
