I did good today, mostly because I slept a lot. Ha! But groceries are stocked and bread has been made. Roasted veggies are done. I should have no trouble eating right. Tomorrow I'll get my bean soup into the crockpot.

W no weight yet
B blendy stick, which is a green tea with milk, individually packaged. Yum!
D salmon, fresh caught by my brother, roasted veg and rice.

Drank all my water. Yay! Good day.

It is quiet around here!

B leftover rice, salmon and veg. Green tea latte.
D bean soup w sour cream.

Trying to drink my water now. Jetlag is rough! I couldn't sleep until 4am, and neither could the kids. I got up at noon and got them up, and now I am feeling drawn back to bed. It's hard to fight it.

Have an excellent Saturday, everyone!

I am back and 184.4lbs. Wow that is heavy. I didn't eat that much and I worked out a lot. I hope it's just water from the flight.

Anyway, breakfast was kippers, smoked mussels and smoked mackerel.

Lunch was fish and salad.

For exercise, I did 60 minutes weight training.

No running today because I have a 10 mile Cherry Blossom run tomorrow.

Great to see everyone eating the salmon!

Eating more fresh fruit for breakfast instead of jam on toast. What a saving in calories!

Hi Everyone!

CoolMom Good job on getting back on track. It seems like everyone is still on Easter vacation.

Ian Welcome back! I'm sure a lot of that is water weight from the flight. Good luck on your run tomorrow.

Wildflowergirls Good job on those changes

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening!

Hello all
175.1 this morning
Busy weekend, stayed at my parents Friday, bus trip with my best girlfriend to NYC, that was fun, today was absolutely beautiful, did a little yard work, then my in-laws came for a visit, then we went for a walk in our woods after they left.

Hope everyone's doing well!

Ian and Coolmom welcome back from your trips!

Diana!

Best to all

Hi! I just joined this forum a few days ago, and I am looking for accountability, so I hope I am in the right place.

I am trying to change my lifestyle. I tried changing my eating habits a few years ago and it was working very well, but I began stress eating and gained a lot of weight. My goal is to take better care of myself and feel better.

Today I went shopping and bought some of my favorite fruits and veggies. Kale, baby lettuce, strawberries, blueberries, cherry tomatoes, and raspberries. It's a start anyway.

This evening I am drinking decaf mint tea.
