Where does today's weight loss go?
Okay, so this is a silly question that deserves silly answers as I totally get it's not important in the scheme of the great journeys we're all on..... but as I've been thinking it, thought I'd ask anyway.....
We have April challenges and we have May challenges and I'm excited to get going with my first full month back on the board and share ups and downs with everyone on different challenges.
This morning I posted what seems to be my final weight for April on that challenge and then tomorrow I post my start weight for May. But, if I lose a lb today, where does it go?!
I feel like the final day of the month is a challenge-less day and if I think about this too much it'll end up a cheat evening, so someone stop me ha ha
