Hi my name is Tricia, The year 2009 I lost a lot or weight with this plan I went from a size 16 to a size 2, I like being a size 5 to eight, well needless to say life troubles got in the way now I am back on plan it is 2018 I am back in a size 16 but it is from all the wrong eating I gained 30lbs in 6months being stressed I am 67 and have thyroid hypo one. I lost the weight in four months just being on plan,,and exercising let me tell you I cheated a few times sometimes a bite of this and that stops all graving at least for me. just finished my first week without any exercising way to hot in NE this week but I still lost 12 lbs so happy for that. I can't weight to see what next week will bring. If people are saying this doesn't work I am here to say it does they don't understand that people should eat six very small meals a day rather then three big ones my doctor says this is one of the healthiest diets he has seen so I say if you want it go for it
