  • It's very inspiring how everyone is making progress towards their wight loss goals. I am starting my effort towards my weight loss goal too. Right now I'm gathering inspiration to follow through what I've started.

  • lost 2 stone
    Ive lost over 2 stone over the last 3 months, I was 12-7 and now down to 10-4. This is massive for me, i kept cutting my calories down but started getting to a point where i was stagnating and not losing anymore weight, felt tired ext.. actually started eating more calories ( the right type) and exercising more... the journey continues... Panacea water also helped massively
  • 45 pounds since late October 2019. I have been on a Real Appeal program which has been awesome!

    From my topmost weight I’m down 40lbs now. I had lost 30 of those in the first six months then couldn’t seem to get anywhere for over a year. Tried a cleanse and went screaming by that little hump in less than a week. I’m hoping to post larger numbers in the next few months.

    Great job to everyone for reaching their goals (big and small) and those continuing on their weight loss journey.
