Default Stress Free

I do meditation with the intention of releasing stress. When the body feels safe and stress-free, it starts releasing weight too. I've lost 4 lbs the first 3 weeks doing the meditation.

Default Weight loss journey

I have been actively doing yoga, and medication along with working out and i have manage to lose 20lbs over a two week span. Also it pays to have a healthy diet.

I started recently and I have lost about 10 pounds. It could be that weight you lose at the beginning that I have heard of but who knows.

Any time one wants to lose weight and keep it off, one must put a team together of doctor(s), and a good supporting cast ie. family members and friends to help!
