Hi all, I too am new to this site. Just starting my current weight loss journey (another one). Trying to decide how best to go about it. I've tried just about everything out there WW, NutriSys, keto, paleo etc. and had various degrees of success but nothing I could stick to. Anyone have any suggestions for what has helped them going term?
I went with WW and tried to stick with it as much as I could, and I did get the result that I wanted. I also engaged in some activities that kept me active, like dancing. I've been doing it for a year now, and I've lost 60 pounds.
